Absolutely the biggest bunch of crap Ive dealt with went in and paid for several months of service up front and cable guy come out to install didnt have what he needed supposively and been two weeks and I havent seen nobody.spent last 3 days getting the run around an put on hold just to find out that they went to wrong address and there was no residents. Funny how he come to my house but left and now the excuse is no residents. I call it lazy and bullcrap. And whats worse is management allows this and someone owes me some free cable cause its done paid for and Im not even getting it yet.

Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life. Customer service is horrible as well as the cable installers themselves! Ive had cable, Internet and phone service with other companies that I thought was bad but compared to Time Warner they were great.

The employee is rude, she also does not know what shes talking about, I recommend buying your internet from TimeWarner online, dont bother going to that store.
