After speaking with the main customer service office for Charter Spectrum, I was told that this Milledgeville, GA office would be opened today, May 27, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. I arrived before noon and was met by 6 other waiting customers. One gentleman said that he called Charter and was told that they would send someone. It is now 1:00 p.m., and no one has arrived to open this Charter Spectrum office. This is very bad business and such a negative representation for Charter Spectrum. I will definitely be using another cable company as soon as I turn in my equipment. I suggest using another location to pick up and turn in equipment. Whoever works at and/or owns this location obviously has a terrible work ethic!

Constant marketing calls, mailings etc and have requested twice to be removed but they ignore me. Did a reverse look up on the phone numbers and 31,000 other people have the same problem. All are Spectrum calls and they too have asked for removal- no call list but like me are ignored. (need the old Charter back)I have service but only internet and do not want TV, landline, etc. Wonder if a class action suit will open up their mindset. 31,000 others are as annoyed as I am. What Jerks. what poor business ethics.

Worst experience of my life. Customer service rep advised that she did not know a product (wifi hotspot) and claimed that they do not offer that. (Its on the website) Customer service should never use the phrase "I can take your money, but other than that, I cant help you"

Says open till one on Saturday. That was not the case and I would bet they were not open at all today. This means I pay for a full week of internet that I cannot use because of poor service. Cant call off work so I guess I have to hope they are open next Saturday.

I guess you have to take into consideration the whole picture. It is more than just the local store. Its main cable service, etc. But my recent experience met with very friendly local service. Quite helpful. The only problem is theyre not open on Saturday.
