East Cleveland Cable is a nifty little cable company that supplies service to East Cleveland residents. Even though it is small I think that the company isnt bad at all. I only utilize their internet service and I have no complaints. Do keep in mind because of the size of the company you may not be able to do last minute things like pay your bill asap; but if you send in a payment or visit the office there should not be a problem. The office personnel are very friendly and so are the technicians.

I spoke to someone at the cable company ask them who the owners were no getting past them.i am researching how they treat people.I also ask why if you live in East Cleveland why you cant get any other cable.They way they treat you is horrible and their see services isnt that great.Compared to Time Warner it stinks and their money hungry

I wouldnt recommend this crappy cable to my worst enemy! Customer service is horrible, every single day Ive had some kind of a problem with my cable or my Internet service. 1 star is to many to give this bullsh*t!! I wish I could get Time Warner in East Cleveland.

Oddly limited channel selection, also they refuse to replace, or even offer to sell a replacement remote. The latter demonstrates poor business in addition to abysmal customer service.

Prices on every thing is high and they dont have no senior discounts. When weather bad cable always messes up. Wish i could get time warner cable in east cleveland
