Spotty service. Around 9-10pm, service drops 3-4 nights a week. 2-7 reboots (modem and brand new, expensive wireless router) and that usually does the trick. Same performance for the past 7 years & few other reasonable options in the area. Minimum internet package, but at the very least, service shouldnt drop for hours at a time. We have no desire to upgrade to a faster speed because that includes adding TV channels we dont want and a landline we dont want.

I absolutely hate dealing with time warner however the people at this location really are a cut above the rest. They are extremely friendly and very caring. The people of this store are the only reason I still use time warner services!

Very rude staff and the service they provide in this area is horrible, nowhere close to what they advertise and extremely overpriced. Unfortunately the only other option in this area are satellite TV and DSL internet.

Ive had to reboot too many times since Spectrum took over. The sound goes off for no reason right in the middle of a show. My computer is very slow mid-morning. The rates are too high for the service we get.

Worst service and customer support phone support Ive experienced in a long time. Bills are way too high and cable channels and internet stop working out of no where and wont connect half the time.

Since Time Warner Cable has chanced to Spectrum my internet has been disconnect on and off many time a day.

Internet disconnects its self and can be slow. Very different from when it was TWC.
