I have had timewarner Internet for 4 years now. It has been very inconvenient with just not working at random times. It has been a hassle moving and transferring service. It worked fine for a week then all of a sudden stopped working and I was told it was because it wasnt turned on at the pole right. I now have to wait 2 days for someone to come fix all while Im sure Im being charged for services I can not use.
