Emailed the Ceo Mr. Glen, I hope this email is reaching you well and congratulations on your new position. I would like to advise you of the terrible customer service that has been dealt to me in reference to just getting service connect. I have had several conversations with customer care as well technical support about getting internet service connected. With each phone call I received promises and guarantees that my service that I ordered on 01 August 17 would be connected. The first connection date that was emailed to me was 03 August 17 since that is the day that I requested for it to be connected. The second day was 07 August 17 which I receive a phone call one hour before the service was to be connect telling me that they would have some out on 08 August 17. However, on 08 August 17, no one bothered to show up or even call. As you can see I have gotten nowhere with your company. These are not the only occasions. I just know that you are a busy man as I am a busy woman. My wife is a veteran who works from home as a private investigator. My son is in the 6th grade and is required to use the internet for his homework. I am a nurse. Granted I dont use the internet as much as the rest of my family, Im sure you can understand my families frustration. Not only will there be video of a technician right down the street from me attached to this email, but the recordings from every phone call as well. I know this may not mean much to you as a businessman, but please for a second put yourself in my shoe and think about how my family feels. Thank you for your time Megan Jones and the Jones family

These people took a MONTH to arrange to find the V.A. in Johnson City, including perhaps 30 phone calls of confusion, and STILL never showed up. And information given to one department (three times) never landed at the local installation site. This company has a definite communication problem internally.

Just trying to get through to actually speak to a live agent is nearly impossible. I have set on hold for well over 20 minutes more than once. Also was told my bill would be around $60 a month and it was always closer to $100. After added fees and taxes.

The absolutely WORST internet I have ever paid for. You pay the same as the next guys internet service provider but for 1/8th the speed. No two people can stream two things at once in the entire house even with their best package. Absolutely outrageous.

I Hate Centurylink. Very Rude Staff And They Wont Stand Behind Their Product Or Instillations. If you can ever get them out to install anything and lord help if you need a service call. I suggest to just stay as far away from them as humanly possible

Trying to contact century link on line to set up a basic landline, and possibly internet. Cannot get an estimate of price or chat/contact access via the website. Seriously...do they not want to do business?
