Completely unacceptable to order internet service from this company on September 1st to be told it wont be connected until September 22nd. Really terrible customer service to do that to people using the excuse its labor day weekend and techs are on vacation and cant get to it sooner. Seriously bad part of it is that this is the only internet service provider in Morganton city limits. Epic fail on your part City of Morganton.

When it works its okay. Its just a matter of it working. Ive been trying to no avail to have an issue corrected for over 3 months. If I could get anything else I definitely would. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly within city limits. Truly poor service. I wish Charter was available here.

Extremely unreliable speeds. Constantly drops significantly for no reason. Customer service is poor. Overall an underwhelming service. To see commercials advertising its fast reliable speeds is disgusting.
