Horrible company/customer service when I call the main line, SLOW internet that goes out way too many times, EXPENSIVE, RUDE & INCOMPETENT Staff on the customer service department & its sad that this is the only internet provider option where Im at! They couldnt even get my account info fixed correctly due to your companys fault and I have to pay for it with my time and money! I hate wasting money, but Im even more livid that your company wasted my time due to your fault! Absolutely the worst ripoff ever and you know you get a kick out of it, because we have no other option but to get your service. Also if the internet/cable service goes out, why do WE have to pay for the times we cant use it? Because your company is a ripoff!! I also agree with the rest of the negative reviews on here and Believe me...If zero or negative stars were available, I would have chosen it. Its absolutely unacceptable that you get all these negative feedback, yet your company still exists!!!

Bright House/Spectrum is the worst service Ive ever paid for. The only reason I continue to pay is that they are the only internet provider in the area I currently live. There has been an outage in my area for hours and they have no way of knowing when it will be fixed. I am paying for a service that hardly ever works! As a full time graduate student I need reliable service, and Spectrum is the complete opposite. The least they could do is provide an estimated fix time, but they dont even know that. I bet they wont be paying my data overage costs either. Cant wait to move and switch to Fios.

according to spectrum they would honor any agreements with previous bright house customers well since their purchase of bright house my minimum amount of mps is now constantly freezing and just stopping bright house always told me I had more then enough to speed to run my iPad but all of a sudden it looks like I dont I find it very interesting since their purchasing my speed isnt enough to run smoothly and Im not the only one just about everyone in my complex is experiencing this just enough example of companys trying to squeeze costumers for more money Ill be switching once I move

All I Purchased Was Wifi... Guy Came at 12pm.He Knew There Was A Problem. Told Me to Call Customer Service In A Couple Hours If The Wifi Doesnt Connect. I Called at 5pm because I Trusted Him. . Tech Did What they Could.. Put Another Ticket out for 6-8pm ... Nobody Came... I Call Tech at 8:15pm .. Tech Did What they Could Again .. They Couldnt Help. They Put 1 More Ticket out and Said "I Hope Everything Goes Well" Then He Hung Up......... WAIST OF AN ENTIRE DAY... WORST SERVICE!!!! STILL NOBODY CAME???? CAN I GET MY ACTIVATION Fee REFUNDED PLEASE!!!!

Brighthouse have some worst people on their internet support team including one of the manager. They have the control over my modem/router and turned off my wireless. Some of the support team knew nothing about what they are doing. They are ignorant and nasty and refuse to help you only because you use your own device. This is fundamentally WRONG. I was lucky to speak a real tech guy and problem was solved by JUST ONE CLICK. I hope the upper management see my review.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Spectrum since the buyout has been nothing but a ripoff and the worst customer service Ive ever experienced!!!!!!! Never get their service! I was also promised a new reduced rate that was still more expensive than I was paying with brighthouse and they guaranteed it for a year and the next month it increased and they refused to do anything about it. What a waste of my time and money and such a horrible existence of a company.

I dropped off my equipment at this service center and have been sent a collection notice because of it. They have what seems to me 0 actual communication with Spectrum and Im paying the price of their incompetence. I tried to call in and get some answers but have been run in circles with poor reception on their end of the phone to a point where they cant even hear me. Please save all your receipts and try not to let them get away with robbery.
