Had a 12-2 install appoint; got call at 2 saying it would be 2-4. Got a call at 3, told technician outside my house told customer service rep i would be a few minutes. Went downstairs, no tech; called customer service was told by Ashley that hed left for another job and now it would be 4:30. Told her it was rude for no one to let me know that after waiting beyond my appointment that my talking a few minutes to the door would be reason for the tech to leave. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Ashley hung up. I then called back for 45 minutes (10-12 calls) and each time was disconnected each time after waiting on hold or a person coming on and saying please hold after me already being on hold and immediately disconnected. Im sure they have caller ID so they kept hanging up on me. As for the tech, he seems nice and working on the install now. Spectrum (Bright House) needs to find a new subcontractor and Kablelink needs to train their customer service reps on proper treatment of the customers that help keep them employed and employees like Ashley need to be shown the door.

I had a terrible experience with this BrightHouse subcontractor. This Sunday I was told they would arrive from 10AM to 12PM. Then I was told 2-3, then 4-6, then after 8:30 pm then I was told that they wouldnt arrive. The phone support made sure to say sorry 1000 times but never uttered a single syllable that helped my situation. It was only I am sorry and there is nothing I can do. It is so unbelievably unprofessional to run a busisness like this. I truly hope BrighHouse finds another company to work with because Kabelink is giving them a bad name.

I had an appointment scheduled through Brighthouse for 8-10 am. After 10:30 I called and was told the technician would be there at 12:30. I again called at 1 pm, and was told he would be there in 45 minutes. When 4 oclock finally rolled around I again called, and was given a time of no later than 6 pm. At the time of this post it is 6:35 pm, still no one here. Terrible customer service.

Never showed up for the first three Brighthouse Internet install appointments I made, and did not call or provide any explanation. I was a aBrighthouse customer for over 5 years. The tech that finally showed up was polite and professional.
