Very bad. The manager was nasty and want to be the Persecutor and the Judge. He wanted to exucute without a juror. He even try to accused me of a wrong SS number. He was the woste. Trying to go back 10 years in a previous bill and try to place it on my active account. He think I was a fool. Poor poor poor service. The acuser, the manager was very bad. Horible place to go get a problem solve. Linbaugh location was great. He asked to see my drivers license and used it to add a ten year old bill on my account. A bill that bright house promised years ago would not be there. Je tried to abuse his power and used my info to stick me with another bill. If this bill is there then brighthouse lied to me to get me back. They lied to sign me up and in good faith I believed the representative.

Your internet service is complete garbage. It keeps disconnecing from all of the computers in my household. I only have 3 more weeks left of living in a Bright House area. I look forward to the return of the quality services I was accustomed to with FiOS. Oh, and to make it worse this is your free upgrade to your highspeed service...crap.

Got an awesome deal here! Way cheaper than online rate. I moved here from Michigan and just wanted wifi hooked up, asap and hassle free. And I was out of there within 10 mins and a worker scheduled to come to my apartment the next Monday. Wonderful! And I can also pay month by month, no contracts

ok bright house my internet was working just fine until i went in and payed my bill this 4/12/16 and the man told me he could make my speed go faster i told him no i was fine it runs good BUT NOW it is running very slow it makes me wonder .I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM BUT AT THIS MOMENT IM #####
