12/14/16 @ 3:06 pm I stopped to return my DVR & cancel my TV & Phone Service but keep my modem for internet & pay my current bill. I was told 1 week prior by another customer service rep there when I recd my Roku 3, Time Warner has an app with them, and I can simply download it and for $10 a month I still could have my local channels & a total of 75 channels. My bill would decrease from $128.90 to $46 + tax. When I spoke of this to the young lady today, her reply was you still need TV service with us in order to use this special on Roku...Now does this make any sense to you?? If I already had TV channels, why on earth would I wish to pay 2X for the same channels on Roku? I was given the look as if I was ignorant for bringing it up. I was so outraged I said, look just take the equipment and Ill be on my way miss. Signed the receipt for returned items and left taking the higher road. 1 mile down this higher road, It hit me, I didnt pay my current bill, thats how upset I was!!!! Once home, paid online and spoke to another customer rep and she processed my request for the $10 a month Roku channel deal, and tomorrow Ill be in to put up my free box for it.. I didnt know this rep today, maybe she knows me and doesnt care for me...Who knows, But what I do know from 13 years of management, You leave personal matter at the front door. And if indeed you were my employee, you would be leaving for the last time at this business door.

This company really really sucks they have the poorest customer service I have ever seen in my life. I can clearly see that the customer is not important to this company its all about greed and hidden fees and late charges and harassing phone calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. Dealing with Time Warner Cable has been nothing but stressful and aggravating not to mention destroying your whole day. The service is so bad I cannot even mark 1 star in fact on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give Time Warner Cable a -50. Please do not put your hard earned money with this company as you will regret it, they do not care about you as a customer.

HORRIBLE. I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO AN ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON!!!! MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE ON THE PLANET. THEIR OUTSOURCING IN UNAMERICAN. SWITCHING TO DISH. CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE. WE HAD A SERVICE DISRUPTION FROM HAVING A TRUCK BARREL THROUGH OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT TOOK FIVE POLES, FIVE TRANSFORMERS, FIVE SETS OF ALL THE WIRES AND RIPPED OUR TW CABLE RIGHT OFF OF THE OUTSIDE OF OUR HOUSE. CANNOT GET HELP FROM ANYONE!!!! SASHI DOES NOT UNDERSTAND, AND ALL THEY DO IS TRY TO SELL YOU HBO AND PHONE LINE FOR THE LOW COST OF $203 MONTH. ALL DONE WITH YOU, TIME WARNER!! HAVE A WONDERFUL EVENING, I MEAN DAY......THEY SAY THAT EVERY TIME.

Horrible, just horrible... The internet lags and my games freeze. Horrible customer service. I just want to talk to someone who tells me something other than restart your computer, or plug in an ethernet cable. None of that does anything. When they mess with the speeds they just make it worse. If Im supposed to be getting 50mbps, then how come my games freeze? And no, its not my computer or console, its them. If you are reading this Time Warner, then why dont you make your product better instead of making your reputation better? I have their ultimate internet. All of that goes to show you how much they care.

i dont really love TWC or anything - they are as good as the others, i am sure...i do love the people at the Zanesville, Ohio office though - highly professional, very capable, extra friendly in a business-first way - and otherwise just what i want to see when i go to give my money to an entity for services - going in tomorrow and pay my bill in person instead of paying online - mainly because the main chick there is SMOKIN" HOT!! - you cant pay me for a review like this!

The people at the zanesville office are nice.... but the prices for services are unreasonable for what you get they dont send me my bill on time not once have they sent it in time for me to pay the bill and i always end up having to pay late fees bc of it its funny i only get a letter when my bill is past due but i dont actually get a letter for when its time to pay my bill switching to dish better prices and u get more for your buck

Disabled my services waited on hold for over 8 hours then had to go through chat services to get them back on had to make a payment they turned my tv back on but then I still had no phone so I went back on chat to get that resolved and not ten minutes later my tv was back off and they said I had to make another payment needless to say I still DONT HAVE MY SERVICES ON AND I WELL BE SPEAKING WITH SOMEONE IN THE MORNING ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want reliable internet service down the river from Zanesville forget it. You might as well grab your 56k modem and get dial up or move to a third world, as Im sure those options have better consistency than Time Warner Cable. Our internet will drop literally every 20 min or so; its ludicrous. Too bad they dont have any competition because money is the only language these ISPs speak.

Worst company ever! They will take advantage of you and you will pay the price in the end. They seem way more concerned about getting new customers then keeping the old ones and they dont follow through on their agreements. I HATE DEALING WITH TIME WARNER CABLE! I hope Charter Spectrum comes in and fires nearly all the billing and customer service reps at TWC!

Ever since Spectrum took over Time Warner the service has been terrible. They lie to you about what you are paying for and try to make you pay twice for things you are already paying. Their channel line up is a joke, they break everything up so you have to buy more services to get the channels you want. Absolutely ridiculous company.

When I switched they said I would get all the same channels for $134.00 with better internet. When the bill came it was $215.00, so I called about it. They are now saying I have to have an upgraded package to get all my channels and the bill is $215.00. Going to switch service because I do not want to allow them to rape me monthly.

I canceled my service in July. They are still taking a payment out of my bank account. I called them they said they would send me a check, my wife just check our bank account and they are taking out again for October. I am going to have to pay $30.00 to stop payment. GO dish or Direct TV Stay away from Time Warnet

Im a recent prescriber and chose TWC because there werent any alternatives. I just have the internet service. I am not able to watch wi-fi based tv because the signal drops constantly. I believe my speeds were faster in 1992 , when I had AOL. God, I wish a competitor or 2 would come to town! ....miserable
