Go somewhere else!!! My internet goes out at least a dozen times a day. They keep sending technicians out who all say its the line run from the telephone pole. But no one fixes it. And the techs dont always show up. I had one say we werent home, when I was standing in view of the driveway. He also said he called, and he did not. The 1-800 number is also unwilling to negotiate on price hikes. Your price will go up, and they will NOT care-- even if you have been a loyal customer, put up with their crap, or threaten to go elsewhere. And the TV service was worse, we cancelled it the first day we had it. Save yourself the headache!

INTERNET IS SUPPOSED TO BE FASTER. IT IS AS SLOW AS DIAL-UP USED TO BE. PHONE IS ALL SCREWED UP. TRIED ALL LOCAL CHARTER PHONE NUMBERS, THEY DONT WORK. EVEN THE SALESMAN DOESNT ANSWER HIS CELL PHONE OR RESPOND TO RECORDER MESSAGES. I RAN A SPEED TEST AND THE RESULTS ARE 1.77MBPS UPLOAD IS .45MBPS CAN YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH ME.

These have got to be the most stupid people in South Carolina maybe if at all possible more stupid than Pickens County maybe they are from Pickens County I absolutely would not join Charter Spectrum with anyone from Anderson Pickens or Greenville County... maybe not at all anyhow

People in store are nice but service is the worst in the country. My first bill was twice what they sold me. Have had problems with TV picture quality and sound since day one. Go with Dish network. DO NOT TRY TO DEAL WITH CHARTER.

Spectrums on the go app needs to be reinstalled every time I go to use it on my Apple IPhone 6 Plus. More trouble than its worth and falls way short of Spectrums advertised hype.
