Let me preface this by saying this is a review of Insight, not a review of this specific location. I have never been to this location but I hate insight and I live in this area. Reasons I dislike insight: 1. Billed me for stuff I did not ask for. 2. Internet constantly drops and they tell me to just reboot the router each time. 3. literally about 60 junk mail advertisements sent to me about upgrading to get the insight phone land line 4. Giving Insight employees and technicians my personal cell phone number, which I started receiving calls on about the phone land line promotion package (they are paid on commission) 5. Having an appointment for someone to come install the phone land line promotion package. 6. Giving me a cable box that had a broken wire glued in, that fell out shortly after I got it. (My cat did jump on it in all fairness, but if it wasnt re manufactured with glue to begin with it wouldnt have caused the channels to become very fuzzy) Nobody wants a land line. It is 2010, most of the population has a Cell phone. You tried to copy the digital phone plan of Vonage and it failed, obviously. Who wants a phone line through a company that fails to provide quality cable and internet services.

Just not a lot of positive about it. I got the service a few years ago in my apartment and the guy who came to set it up was simply amazing, he checked every jack in my place and went through an extensive explanation on how to use the remote and features, that guy was simply great at his job. Now after he left the fun began, my bills are almost 50 dollars more than with time Werner and I get a lot less, less channels, and now start over for my favorite shows, you go to rent a movie, there selection is crap and not to mention every free movie was made in the 80's or apart of the Sundance festival so I've never heard of moat of them. Now the internet is the kicker for me, we were told it was a guaranteed speed of 12 all the time, I did a speed test the other day I was running at a 3, go wit universe if you have the option you will regret insight

In all fairness, this business is okay! Shocked that previous reviewer "hate" it. I certainly know what it is like to be inconvienced by a service, but Insight truly works hard to get things right. I have lived in areas throughout the Columbus areas with Insight and Time Warner, also lived out of state with other cable companies. Insight is not the worst, it is better or at least equal to each company company Ive had. One satellite company was the worst! Glad to have a good package deal w/ Insight that has saved me hundreds of $$$ annually.

Insight is a great local cable company offering phone, Roadrunner, and cable television. Because its techs and customer service reps are all local, they respond quickly whenever I have any cable problems, and they never charge me for a service call. Their intro rates are competative, but go up after a couple of years, just like any other cable provider. Thankfully, since they dont have any contracts, I can cancel their service whenever I want. The only downside that I have come across is their cable guide takes some getting used to.

Terrible! I understand some outages can be expected, but this was outrageous. I had the service about a year and a half. During that time, the cable went out for no apparent reason - i.e. no storm, approximately 6 times. Each time could last an entire night. When I called for a reasoning, customer service reps told me the system sometimes got "clogged" like a sink and needed to work itself out. WHAT?!!! Internet service was fine, but nothing to make up for the terrible cable.

ZERO STARS!!! Basically scam artists. I was quoted $35 a month for internet service only. I was charged $45, I complained and of course "$45 is our lowest plan I dont know who quoted you $35" is the response I got. I payed it for a year because I really needed internet and had already paid a deposit. Then they raised it to $50 so I called to cancel and and they offered me a $30 dollar rate. Eff you d-bags. Ill happily pay more than $50 a month to Wow.

I had phone company internet that stopped when you pick up the phone, so I swithched to insight internet. I was shocked how bad the insight cable internet is. It is slow and it is out of service most of the time. I thought cable was bigger and better. not true. Can someone please provide reliable internet service!

The Roadrunner I have is supposed to be 3 Megs and it isnt. It seems like they are always running slow. The T.V. is not much better, of the two, the internet is the better service...So that isnt saying much...I mean c mon.

Poor installers, poor performance. Had enticing come deals to get people to sign up. TV reception was poor and so is internet. Techs knowledge is iffy at best. Went back to WOW and will stay.

They will bombard you with spam even if you are a customer. Plus they will not honor their offers.
