Customer service is awful, which isnt much different form anywhere. But my connection is constantly being interrupted. Connection speeds are nothing close to consistent, with most of the day being much slower than what my plan says i pay for. Am currently looking at other providers now, it is unacceptable service, you will only frustrate yourself using it. If you use the internet five minutes a day you might be fine though. 1/25/16 disconnected 3 times today so far, going to keep track here from now on. 1/27/2016. Just disconnected again, 5:25 pm 1/28/ 10:42 pm 2/1 disconnected during an important even AGAIN!

Went in to the Norwalk Oh store to exchange a piece of equipment that the tech told me to. The lady behind the counter was anything but nice. Very unprofessional. I went to ask a question and she told me they cant answer or do that. I asked why the tech told me to ask them. And very snotty she said I have no clue as to what they do or why. I left with out a have a good day, dont come back or kiss my butt. They need to retrain their staff or get some new ones

Im a Field Technician for Time Warner Cable in Elyria. If youre having issues with freezing, On Demand not working, etc. Youre having a signal issue, a tech needs to visit your house to fix whatever the problem may be. As for foreign reps answering the phone, all you have to do is ask to be transferred to a representative working in the states and they will be happy to do so. Hope this helps!

I would give an excellent if it wasnt for them not having the cw on demand, and sometimes it cuts out, freezes, or the sound stops. Finally early in the morning sometimes on demand isnt available which sucks because that is when nothing is on.

Worst internet service Ive ever had. Ive lived in many states with internet providers youd never heard of, some of them only in one small city, and they had better service. Constant time outs, constant internet drops, CONSTANT THROTTLING!!

Extremely rude lady behind counter. My service has never worked correctly. Ive had technician out 3 times and everytime they are more rude. Bill is never the same 2 months in a row, always hidden fees, these people are awful.

Terrible service all around. Had Internet and cable connected and a day later its out. Getting the run around from every yahoo and their mother. canceling service and do not recommend to anyone. assholes.....

Very pricey, outright bad service, not very dependable. Will sell you on a package then discontinue it and move you into a more expensive package. Dont let the new name or merger fool you.

Im switching to DirectTV, maybe then I wont get hung up on by whatever foreigner they have working on the weekends taking calls. They should at least be able to speak English!
