Been sitting on the front porch of this business since 8am waiting on them, supposed to be here by 10am. No one called, no one came here but at 10:30 when I called they told me the tech closed the ticket stating that no one was at that location. Techs lie and company does not care about your business.

Installed two coax cables across middle of office. "Afraid" to go in attic to install. Used ancient coax from old satellite connection instead of installing new. Charged as if they had installed new cable. Did not show up for scheduled appt. Rude phone techs.
