So disappointed... Bought a brand new $7k hot tub in December 2011 for our vacation cabin in Maggie Valley. Used three times!!! Hot tub leaks and ipod connection does not work. Last visit to the cabin water was 6 inches low and leaking from the pump. I have called three times for service. I spoke to Rosemary who was sending someone out. Asked my parents to drive up to meet service person, a 4 hour drive and he never showed up nor called. Called a second time and spoke to Harold. He apologized and said he would send someone out and would call me in two days. No show and no call. Called a third time for service, spoke to Harold and he said he had done everything on his end and to take it up with Chris the service guy. WHAT???? I am the customer, I dont know Chris, I only know I paid you a lot of money and you are not standing behind your product or giving service, much less good customer service. David where are you after the sale? Who is running this company? Wow, so sad and disappointed.

We attended the Greensboro show this past weekend, first to find out that only one vendor, Davids Spas was the only vendor there. We were in the market for a spa and had some interest in a swim-spa . We were greeted and given good information on thoughts for our purchase, later to find out we were being told that they were the only mfg. that built the spa a certain way which was totally false. I dont make quick decisions on possible $32k investments. I asked the salesman for his card and told him I wanted to research and think about a purchase. I was immediately told that Illl never see you again and turned and walked away. Those kind of comments dont usually bother me and I never give google reviews, but someone needs to work with your salespeople on how to handle your customers. By the way I did make a purchase on a $10k tub that same day

Bought a Clarity Spa from these folks at a spa expo. I had an issue with the spa one week after installation with a jet popping off and the overlay not accepting commands on the console. Two weeks after that, the same problem with a different jet and same console overlay problem. Eventually we had to go to court to resolve the matter. They also lied about local service as it took them three weeks to get out to repair the first issue. I had to pay out of pocket for the labor on the second because they do not honor their warranty. Please look closely at all of their positive ratings. they are mostly anonymous? I am sure they have submitted their own ratings to offset the negative ones expressed by legitimate customers such as myself. Buyer beware!!!

Purchased a Leisure Premium spa in 2013 from Davids Home Entertainment and the circulation pump went out 1 week after warrantee and the filter housing also leaked. Of course I had to purchase a new pump and the the plumbing was supposed to be lifetime warranteed, but leisure Spa would not honor it. Terrible customer service at Premium Leisure Spa, but at least least Davids Entertainment did there best to to help, but it still cost me to fix it. The customer service representative at Leisure Spa actually hung up on me.I do not recommend Leisure Premiums Spas.

Purchased my hot tub at a show here locally. Could not be more happy with the service, install, hot tub and the customer service given to me when it was first set up. If I have a question, there is always someone available to answer any questions I have had. Could not be happier! Would recommend them to anyone and have enjoyed having this hot tub.

Visited them at a hot tub/swim spa expo in my area. We ended up getting a fantastic deal with great service. Troy and Chris were both phenomenal and helped to educate as well as choose a spa to fit our needs. Ended up with a H2X Swim Spa and cant wait to have it delivered. Will update once delivery is completed.

Called for service call on our hot tub, arrived two days later, as promised, and at the time promised. Turns out 15 year old tub not really worth fixing, so ordered a new one from them, as the first one came from them almost 15 years ago and have been pleased with their service since that time.

Use them only if you have no other choice when it is related to satellite problems. I can not tell you how much money they have cost me in the past ten years. Finally got fed up and called directv.

We shopped around Waynesville and Asheville WNC with several hot tub companies and far and away Davids Hot Tubs and swim spas had the best customer service. No complaints here.
