Overpriced service, poor channel selection. I love to watch Knife Fight on the Esquire Network every Monday. I go to watch it today and the channel is no longer available. I called to find out why and the customer service agent doesnt even have a reason. I signed a contract for certain channels, now they are taking away these channels? If my landlord allowed me to have a dish Id have DirecTV in heartbeat. I wouldnt recommend Charter to anybody.

I dont how many times you have to experience "unusually long hold times" before its just "usually long". I think Charter offers poor value and service. I rate it two stars because it sucks less than AT&T.
