Terrible service! The satellite television constantly goes down and when you call technical support they tell you there is nothing they can do except send out a technician which will cost you $95 unless you pay extra on your monthly bill for insurance. I have been with this company for over 2 decades and when I asked to speak with the supervisor they put me on hold for 20 minutes then had the technician talk to me again instead of the supervisor and tell me that the best they can do is waive $50 or I have to sign up for insurance. Why would I have to pay extra for an issue on their end that I have no control over? I am already not getting what I am paying for and they want to charge me even more for them to fix their screw up. The technician herself was very rude and kept cutting me off and talking over me. You do not treat customers this way! Especially since I have had the same issues with my service several times in the past. Needless to say I will be canceling my service and signing up with a different company who treats its customers with dignity and respect.
