The Wulfe

The People who work their are fairly nice, some more so than others. Internet speeds that they provide are mediocre at best, for ten dollars more than their highest package you can get 3x the speed from other providers. They provide fairly reliable speeds, but at the cost of constant, and I mean constant, outages, Daily occurrences where everything in the entire house is disconnected form the internet for periods of 5 minutes to 30 minutes. Keep in mind I called them on multiple occasions and they claim nothing is wrong. I cant speak to their phone or cable service. Pros: -Reliable service, When it is working. -Speeds you get are what you pay for. -Fairly friendly people. Cons: -Service outages are a daily occurrence. -Hours for support, or to contact any human body are terribly inconvenient. -Their "High Speed Internet" is actually very very slow speed internet compared to others, in America. -Your "Total Amount Due" on a bill is not actually the Total amount, it only reflects the amount they require you to pay that month. If you have any outstanding amounts other than that they will sit on another portion of your bill in small print on the third page, until you find it. Had to log back into Google 4 times to complete this review because of the D & P Communications internet service disconnecting me.
