TC3 Net was acquired by by DNP. Once DNP took over, our wireless internet service has diminished dramatically. We have called and tried to get them to find out what the issue is to no resolve. Currently, our service is intermittent and very slow when it is connected. From the same tower under tc3 net, we could stream Netflix and such, now it doesnt work and even basic internet service is as slow as the old dialup type service. Calling the office is an exercise in patience as they dont answer the ohone but ask callers to leave a message and they will call you back. This company is just not interested in serving their customers. If you have a choice, choose other.

Never had D&P, however they constantly advertise coverage for us, as well as send us mail asking us to switch to them, yet when we call they tell us "your area is not covered yet". They told us it would be by the end of the year last year, never happened. Then, early this year, still nothing. Now it wont be until next year, yet they still advertise coverage in my area. Stop falsely advertising your coverage.

We switched from xfinity when we moved because they didnt offer any of the Detroit based channels we were used to. D&P does. So far we are happy. We lost on demand recently but I have heard a lot of cable companies are doing this. Idk. Going to inquire. Overall customer service has been great as well as service.

We had our internet going in and out for a few days and when we called to tell then they wanted us to pay 60$ for them to come out and see what the problem was

Pretty rotten. Called to get service got put on hold then disconnected. How convenient now after 5 just getting recording. Poor customer service.
