Reliable Residential Roofing was recommended to us by a local builder we know and trust. We are so glad we followed his advice! From beginning to end we were pleased with the professionalism of everyone with whom we have interacted - from sales rep to installers. The sales rep was punctual for the initial assessment, walked the whole roof, showed the specific areas of damage (dormer windows permitted us to see it for ourselves), and was clear in presenting what was needed - discussing a total roof replacement vs. the option of repair (which wasnt feasible due to the number of damaged areas). The contract was emailed to us within two days, was clear and complete. The roofers were on time on the appointed installation days, hardworking, neat, and had quality of workmanship. The yard was totally clean after job completion - not even one piece of roof debris remained once they were done. Payment was not made until the job was completed and the original sales rep had returned to thoroughly inspected the roof himself, walking over it. We are absolutely pleased with how it turned out and will contract with them again to have our gutters replaced. We recommend them highly and without reservation. Sign us - Satisfied Customers!

I had already found Reliable Residential Roofing through the Lexington BBB website to repair some wind damage to my roof when our neighborhood was hit last fall by over one inch size hail. Nick Parker looked at my roof again and recommended I make an insurance claim. My insurance agreed to replace the roof and damaged siding based on Nicks quote! I now have a beautiful new roof, upgraded from the builders roof to three dimensional at Nicks modest price. The job was done in less than two days and you couldnt tell workmen had been there afterward. Nick waited until the weather was "ideal" so the shingles would seal properly - while other companies were replacing roofs in any weather.. Theyre the best in the area in my opinion.

I have had this company come to my home on more than one occasion to give estimates, and on all 3 occasions, they made promise to come and arrived days later. Most recently, they came 1 week after their estimated appointment date, after wed already had two other roofers to see the house. For the most recent estimate, I was told the leak was from our AC, not the roof. Funny, the two other roofers found the visible buckle in the roof and the rotted board visible from the inside of the attic. Not to mention, we had a plastic bin sitting directly beneath the leak with our captured leak water. There may be some quality workers at this company, but I havent met one.

Reliable sent out a Representative immediately and gave us a quote with some expert advise and a clog free covering that was very impressive. Usually I am obtaining several quotes for any home repair service, but felt confident in their price and ability. They lived up to that standard and exceeded our expectations. 12 years ago, Reliable installed all of my guttering system, and to this day I have never had one problem with it. I had a couple of roof leaks that they quickly repaired and at a good price. A week later I noticed a leak in the same location and called them. They sent two men to fix the problem immediately. I should have used Reliable to install the roof in the first place as I probably would not have had the leak. Any way, they will be doing all of my roofing from now on.

Reliable recently installed a roof on my Mothers home on Southpoint Drive. I have been very pleased with the work these guys did. They completed the job in (1) day and totally cleaned up the debris. We havent had any issues or found any mistakes that would need a call back to repair. I monitored the installation and noted the materials used were first class as quoted on their estimate.
