An excellent, expert gutter/downspout/leaf barrier installation was begun this morning and professionally completed this afternoon at my home. Van Martins initial representative for the free estimate was thorough, offered sensible observations and provided a comprehensive estimation along with warranty explanations. Jason effectively communicated, in a very timely manner and assured me the installers would be punctual, courteous, careful and very experienced. Indeed, they were in fact all that and more. Not only were they careful while on my property, but they policed my property afterwards, removing all the old guttering and any remnants of their work. Ethan and Virgil worked well together and were personable and respectful of my wife and myself. I am glad I selected Van Martin Roofing for this contract. Collectively, they perform professionally as a team. Individually, theyre polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you.

We contracted Van Martin Roofing to fix leaking dormers that were in terrible shape. The leaks were causing damage to the first floor ceiling under the dormers. Dustin from Van Martin Roofing was prompt with arriving at our house at the scheduled time and getting a quote later that day. Within a week and a half of putting 25% down, they had not only fixed the dormers but also the flashing around the chimney, which we did not know what a problem based on the inspector. Based on the photo autopsy of the previous work we inherited when we bought the house, the previous work was very sloppy and was likely done by someone who should not have been allowed on a roof. The roofers in my opinion went well beyond a quick fix. Van Martin for leaking dormers!

Van Martin Roofing was the authorized Velux skylight installer in our area. We had them replace 4 Velux older skylights and. at that time, replace 1/2 of our roof. It was a complicated job but the Van Martin team handled it flawlessly. Never did we have a roof replaced with such hard working men. They had what I would consider the old work ethic. They did not take constant breaks - they worked until the job was done, and cleaned up totally. Because the job was complicated it required 1-1/2 days of work. They were here in the early morning and left only after the job was done and the area cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Van Martin Roofing! Kudos to the men that were here! They were all polite, and exceeded our expectations.

We enjoyed working with Van Martin from start to finish. Everyone was professional and we were satisfied with the results. The first half of our work started last year by replacing the existing cedar siding with cement Hardy board and the old windows with Marvin. This year we replaced with remaining first floor windows. Their installer, Thomas, did both jobs for us. Thomas is a master craftsman working with the cement board, installing windows, interior wood around the windows and shaping plain rolls of aluminum wrapping the existing exposed wood outside. I would not hesitate to have Van Martin work for us again or in recommending them to someone else.

We have had Van Buren here twice for separate, unrelated roofing issues. I called them the second time because of the good work they did the first time. The estimator was thorough and explained in easy to understand language what work had to be performed. The workers were on time, went diligently to work, and completed the task in one day. The work that was performed two years ago is solid and we have no more leaks. There are so many roofing companies out there vying for business and I hear horror stories online about shoddy workmanship. It is nice to know we have someone to call who we can trust when we need this type of work done.

Two gentlemen came out within a couple of weeks (my repair wasnt super urgent) and completed the work. They were courteous and efficient, and I was very pleased with the work as well as the price. Best roofers in Dayton. We had originally hired another company and that company resulted in our insurance claim being denied. Adam and Dustin, of Van Martin, went above and beyond. They went back and forth with the insurance adjusters several times and we received a brand new roof, fully paid for, by insurance. They saved us roughly 10k and we couldnt be more thankful.
