Charge you a "trip" charge to come look at your roof. Beware no others do this, dont tell you up front. Didnt offer to reduce repair bill for the trip charge. Didnt appreciate this deception so we took our business to another contractor. Their loss as we have multiple buildings in the area that will need roofing work in future. BEWARE
