I am delighted to recommend Kaiser. After experiencing leaks in our ceiling from some heavy rains, I called Kaiser and they came out to inspect immediately, took care of some emergency patching, and evaluated the roof for storm damage that could potentially be addressed through insurance. They got a very competitive proposal to us within just a couple days and once engaged, got us on the schedule within just two weeks. The crew and the work that they did far exceeded my expectations. Lets face it, roofing work is hot, hard work but the crew was pleasant and I was completely comfortable having them around my family. An unexpected summer pop-up storm came together just after the work started and the crew quickly set up a tarp and waited it out. As a result of the delay, the work had to be carried over into a second day. But the crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up around the work site at the end of the first day so we could access our garage and then left the site completely clean after the final work was done. The roof looks great, functions well and the price was very reasonable. They even provided a recommendation for a drywaller to take care of the damage caused from the leaks in the old roof. I could not recommend a group more highly and have in fact already recommended them to others.

We own a 120 year old home in Hyde Park in need of significant flat and pitched roof replacement as well as 200 feet of rotten old box gutters that need replacement. I know everyone in the business in town and have hired them all, but Josh and his foreman Manuel located a collapsing roof underneath a second story wrap around rotten PT deck and everyone else missed that point - it ended up being so bad that I had to get neighbors to help me completely remove the deck in order for the roof to even be accessible for repair or replacement. Josh was more focused and meticulous than all he big name regulars I had out for quotes, and he was the only one to nail down what was actually bringing water into the home. Hes also very good to work with when hiccups and unknowns are certain to occur, as they always are on 100+ year old homes. I heartily recommend Josh and his crew, very good at communicating and they do their best to stay on top of everything, which is better than most. Treat them with courtesy and respect, and theyll protect your home. I know Ill be contacting them again in the future for siding work.

If you work with Kaiser, I highly recommend that you request to work with the owner named Josh Gedrose. He is the best person to handle the job. No company will ever be perfect and sometimes there could be a mistake or area of concern. Im not looking for which company will be perfect, but instead I consider the following criteria: 1. Does the company do good work? 2. Are they fairly priced (probably not the cheapest and not the most expensive)? 2. How do they handle a mistake or concern? After all, everyone is human. And whats important is that they fix it and try to make it right. I believe that Kaiser meets all the standards above very successfully. Josh Gedrose is an honest person and a hard worker who cares about the customer. Dont spend time getting any more estimates - trust Kaiser and Josh - they will take care of what you value most: your home and your familys concerns about what is important to you.

Words cannot express how much I appreciate Kaiser contractors! My parents had windstorm damage to their roof and I had to handle everything for them. Dealing with the insurance company (Allstate) was a horrendous experience for me for multiple reasons such as constant rescheduling, repetitive mistakes on leaving important materials out on the adjusters statement, etc. Josh and Jason with Kaiser contractors are very knowledgeable and helped explain everything to me about roofing in laments terms so I could understand what was going on. They were very honest, polite, and professional. They were able to meet with the insurance adjuster and help my parents get every penny that they deserved. They installed a new roof for my parents and left no debris afterwards.Thank you Kaiser Contractors for everything! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Working with Josh and the teams was a great experience. Josh was very patient with my questions. He was able to provide the answers I needed during our initial discussions. The permit was pulled by Josh and the work began as soon as the weather allowed. The roofing team was very easy to work with. They ran into some issues with the underlayment on my old roof and had to replace rotted wood in many places. They handled every challenge with ease. The clean was fast and efficient. We did not have any issues with debris in the yard or flower beds. The gutter team was AWESOME! they had the gutters installed in quick time. Everything was picked up, cleaned up and completed in just over 2 hours. I highly recommend Josh and his teams.

First Id like to thank Josh and the crew at Kaiser Roofing. They were fantastic to work with through the whole process. Josh took the time to meet with us twice at our convenience ahead of the project. Kaiser handled all the insurance paperwork and coordination, making it a very easy process for us. He works so well with State Farm and understands their requests. It certainly made my job so much easier. Fantastic! Prior to work beginning, Josh and Scott were both great to work with. They were very professional. The work crew did a wonderful job of transforming our home with new siding. They worked through cold, rain and snow to complete the work in a timely manner. Every evening they cleaned up well, even by flashlight! They worked long days, with hardly a break, to get us completed. We are pleased with Kaiser in every way and would not hesitate to recommend them. We had major roof damage after a tree fell on our house. I called Kaiser and Josh responded right away. He handled the job with speed and professionalism and we always felt we were in good hands. Josh was always there to answer questions. The installers were efficient, but careful not to damage any of the landscaping around the house.
