My husband is a "car guy" which means he is very picky about the care our vehicles receive. Whenever we need automotive maintenance or repairs that he cant take care of himself, our vehicle goes to Barnes Auto Service. Chuck, Sarah, Chuck Jr., and the rest of the crew at Barnes are nice, honest people. They recently did the manufacturers recommended 150,000-mile maintenance on my 2006 Acura TL for HALF of the dealerships price. Good advice, professional and competent work, and reasonable prices.

These guys are the " real deal ". The company I work for...Safeway Expediting,,,has done business with Barnes for the past 5 years. We have never once been disappointed with the service. Their prices are the best in town. We have spent thousands of dollars with them and we have lost count how many visits/vehicles we have taken there. We are treated like family . I drove down from Indianapolis and needed some fast help in Louisville with an old Ford f-100 of mine. After reading reviews for Barnes I decided to call and see if they could squeeze me in that day. Not only did Sarah and Chuck help take care of my automotive needs, they were hands down some of the friendliest folks I have ever met. They are the best! When bridges were being worked on, my tires seemed to be magnets for bits of metal and other things (I think I got 4 punctures). Barnes would patch them up quickly and send me on my way - I think they didnt even charge me for one of them. When it came time for new tires, they helped me evaluate what tires I needed and got me a good price. They are easy to work with and always helpful!

Took a day and a half to perform basic oil change and remove a screw from the tire. Never once received the name of any employee in an introduction or during conversation. Paid over the phone, so I could pick up my car after hours. Found my car completely unlocked.
