Charing Cross is THE BEST repair shop you will EVER find for your vehicle, BAR NONE!! The mechanics here take their jobs VERY SERIOUSLY, unlike the clowns working at Merchants Tire, GoodYear and Jiffy Lube who have their boom boxes blasting in the service bays....laughing, lollygagging and horseplaying all the time while doing a shabby repair job on your car. Not only are the folks at Charing Cross VEHICLE SERVICE EXPERTS, but they are HONEST....wont try to stick you up and gouge you for a bunch of bogus un-needed repairs like the dealerships always do. On top of all that, their prices are reasonable and they are personable. Bring your vehicle repair needs to them, you WILL be GLAD you did, and you will tell others to do the same....just like I always do!!!

Went there to get my car tire plugged and they did something but didnt tell me that my tire was in bad condition. Two mornings later my tire is flat and i call back to be told dont blame it on the plug. Do not go there if you want a mechanic that tells you exactly how it is. They will let you drive away knowing that they are putting you in danger. Never again. Some issue that was easily solved by just saying look we patched it but you are probably going to need a new tire. Come on its not that difficult.

Had a 76 240 Volevo that they worked on a long time ago and recently went back. Other than a few grey hairs on them and me, it was a pleasure to have Darren and Larry work on my Infiniti vehicle. They are honest, knowledgeable, and work hard to work with you. Perhaps the best compliment I can provide is that Id send my own mother there and you can feel comfortable doing so too.

Ive taken my cars here for years, driving over 25 miles to do so. The reason? I get straight talk here and none of the SHAKE DOWN tactics I notice at other auto repair shops. If it needs to be done theyll tell me. If its unnecessary theyll let me know that too. I get the service I need to keep my vehicles on the road and none of the extra drain on my wallet for unnecessary work.

They do good work there but Larry the person at the desk when you come in does not have a good customer relations attitude. The way he interact with people makes you think twice about spending your money there. The rest of the workers are fine.
