I wish I had found them (Framerite Auto Repair Shop) sooner. They are extremely helpful and caring in all aspects. Setting up an appointment was done with ease. Bill was so thorough with explaining everything and breaking down pricing. Everything that is done is to accommodate the customer. The waiting area is SO customer comfortable ; also while I was there another customer talked about how long he had been a customer (15+ years). For persons looking for even more than repairs , Framerite is also known for "auto restoration" , and that is what I initially web searched for. Framerite will be assisting me with restoration of my 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme SL 2dr coupe. As a person who recently had extensive spine surgery; I can say that Framerite is courteous to the customer as a person,and as a customer with vehicle needs.

I am new to the area so when I was looking for a place to take my car I read reviews before choosing. Frame-Rite appeared to have the best reviews in the area so it was the obvious choice. I took my car there and was thoroughly impressed. The people there are so friendly and kind. The waiting room is comfy and welcoming. Also, their service is fast and affordable. I couldnt have asked for a better place. They also sent me a thank you card and left me a message thanking me for my business. Believe me, if you are looking for a trustworthy, friendly, auto center near Baltimore, go here! They treat you like family.

I went to Framerite to have my frame repaired after being rear-ended. They did a fantastic job! I had to have my vehicle inspected later on (due to being a rebuilt salvage) and both technicians, at a different shop, that reviewed my truck commented on how you could barely tell there was ever damage to the frame. They even asked that I leave Framerites business card with them so they could refer their clients (they dont do frame repairs). The mechanics at Framerite know what theyre doing and make you feel comfortable while waiting. I highly recommend this shop.

BEST AUTO SHOP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am 71 yrs. old and this was the first time visit, quite remarkable. I was ready for the bad news of an expensive repair, but they encouraged me to let them investigate the problem one step at a time , I think any other shop would have automatically charged the max. Their solution was well-explained, and v inexpensive. The waiting room is comfortable, well -lit, with all the creature comforts of being in someones home. I was treated like a special guest.

B Dize - They treat your car, like their car! From the "plastic mat" to keep your floor mats clean, the pick up/drop off "offer" - even if you dont need it, the diverse space to sit during your wait, the courteous way you are treated during your time there - even the payment part. They take the time to explain what your car needs and the priority should you need to make more than one appointment. Loyal customer since 2004!

I needed to have essential repairs done so my car would pass vehicle emissions inspection, and Jimmy and Bill did thorough, comprehensive, and excellent work. They worked hard to ensure I received the fairest price - I was impressed to see that the labor was only 1/3 of the whole bill. By far, it was the most positive experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. I highly recommend it to any and all who need car work done.

I acquired a 1996 Dodge Ram 3500 last fall. The front end seemed to be loose and the front tires were wearing strangely. Then I hit a bump on 95 at 70 mph and experienced the Dodge "death wobble". Never been so scared in my life. Framerite went over the entire front end. Feels like a 2016 instead of a 20 year old. Great work. Great people. Reasonable price for quality work.

I couldnt have been more pleased with Frame-Rite. They were friendly and courteous and I never felt like they were padding my bill or giving me a bad deal because I was a woman! I hate getting a bad price because Im a "girl" and this has never been the case for me at Frame-Rite. I have been there many times and the people and service were A+++++++++. Thank you Frame-Rite!!

I have been dealing with Frame-Rite ever since I learned how to drive. They call me "crash dummy" but every time I crashed they fixed me right up. They are the friendliest bunch of guys. They understand your needs and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and taken care of. You cant go wrong with Frame-Rite mechanics!!!!

I went to Framerite for the first time to have a BG transmission flush. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely be returning to have additional work done to my truck. Very friendly and courteous staff. Also have mechanics who have worked there for many years which tells me its a good company.
