Went there to buy a tire because the Tires Plus closer to me in Harrisburg didnt have the one I needed. Found out it wasnt even the correct tire (that was my fault, not theirs) and so I went to return the tire. I had paid in cash for the tire and when I returned it they had told me they could not refund me at the store. If I would have paid by credit card they could have refunded me right away but since I paid with cash they told me that "it would have to be sent to the manager for approval so he could cut me a check". The guy at the front desk told me it would come WITHIN 10 business days. It has been over 10 business days and over 2 weeks total and I STILL have not received my refund. I called them two days ago and the manager wouldnt even come to the phone but had the man who originally answered tell me that "my check had been delayed so itll be late and I should get it sometime this week." Why was it delayed? I have no clue because it was not explained to me. IT IS RIDICULOUS. Thank God I had enough common sense to not leave without something in writing that this was even supposed to take place or maybe I would never see my money again. Ive never dealt with a business where its taken this long (and after the promised allotted time) to get a refund! I will never do business here again and have told my friends who still live in the area to steer clear.

Dont bother making an appointment here, they will have you wait for over an hour when you arrive on time. They took 2 hours to align my car incorrectly and I had to come back the next day to have it redone. When I came back I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time again and I was then told by the manager that they were unable to adjust the camber because my struts did not have adjustable top hats. The manager was referencing a suspension system that wasnt even in my car, my car has no struts, and the camber is in fact adjustable. The manager allowed me to go back in the shop and show him which bolts needed to be turned to do the alignment. After another hour my car was given back to me and I drove it home. While driving home I noticed a loud clunking sound would happen every time I made a sharp turn. I ended up taking my car to a real mechanic because at this point I had no confidence in Tires Plus ability to touch anything on my car. My mechanic informed me that the clunking was happening because the alignment bolts were loose. Tires Plus did not tighten them! So after waiting in the Tires Plus lobby for a total of over 5 hours, my car is still out of alignment and I have a bill from my mechanic who had to fix their work.

Ive never had a bad experience with them. When I needed a new AC unit for my car, I realized Id be missing out on their promo they had going on, but they assured me that theyd still give me the promo no matter when I got it fixed (which was a month later). Their state inspections are much cheaper than most places Ive had my car looked at and theyre really quick. They dont try to sell me parts I dont need. At Firestone, they told me I absolutely needed new spark plugs. I did not get them at the advice of my dad. The following year at Tires Plus, they didnt even mention my spark plugs as being bad or faulty. The only recommendation they made was an alignment (which I did know I needed done). I also just got 4 new tires the other day and when I had left my car there to walk to a nearby store, it had started raining. The one guy, John, actually came and picked me up so I wouldnt have to walk back in the rain. They have always used discounts/coupons that I wasnt aware of when I get my oil changed as well. They have been nothing but helpful and in no way pushy about their services. They really do help you out anyway they can and their prices are pretty much comparable to other places nearby.

TOO EXPENSIVE , my first experience with them was great, one of their master mechanics who saved me who I never saw again ...(maybe thats why their service has plummeted). I had car trouble and they were half a block away so I took it there. He didnt take advantage of me . saw I was in a pickle and really couldve gouged my ignorance and wallet. So I continued to take my car there. First, They charged me almost a thousand dollars for a diagnosis on my abs sensor. I asked them to unplug my abs since the sensor was faulty and wasnt letting my car move. He wanted to charge me a service charge , just for unplugging it, he saw my surprise and said well I gotta touch it. I waited an hour for a oil change because I fell asleep and they forgot I was there. They enter in the discounts before I tell them I have a coupon so I never get to use it which is suspicious to me. last but not least I needed a blend door acuator they wanted to charge me $700 . I did it my self by watching a youtube video and buying an OEM part on ebay for $50.00. I am a 35 year old mom and literally had 2 kids climbing on me when i did this. oh and they always have my appointment wrong. the negative outweigh the positives.

Edit: I was not originally pleased with my first trip to Tire Plus. Management was able to professionally address and resolve my issues. I appreciate their commitment to make sure the customer is pleased with the overall service. I am happy with the tires I purchased at Tire Plus. Thank you for turning my negative experience into a positive one. Edit 12/5/16: Do not get any type of service done other than a basic oil change at this location. My front wheel bearing needs replaced for the 3rd time in 2.5 years. I have had 3 seperate mechanics tell me it wasnt installed properly and despite their website saying all parts have a life time warranty, I was just told that the part the used in my car only had a year warranty. My tires are still in great shape. I am happy with that portion of my services at tire plus. Just save yourself the hassle and get any other work done elsewhere.

I was in a hurry to have my 2005 F-150 checked out for a charging system problem. I called several other places, and no one could fit me in. I needed my truck back, and soon. I called their Park City location, and Andrea answered the phone. She was pleasant, and assured me they could fit me in, get it fixed, and back on the road within a few hours. Reluctantly, I dropped off the truck, and to my surprise received a call back within 90 min that the truck was ready. The alternator was bad, and Jose the excellent mechanic did the work for me. Im 110% pleased with their service. I found the pricing to be very compatible compared to other places, and they didnt gouge me for the emergency service I needed.
