WENT THERE THE OTHER DAY BECAUSE MY CARD HAD A KNOCKING SOUND AND WAS TOLD BY THE MECHANIC THAT I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE IN MY CAR DUE TO A "ROD KNOCK. THEY NEVER DID A DIAGNOSTIC OR ANYTHING. HE JUST SOLELY WENT ON THE WAY THE CAR SOUNDED. ANYWAY, WE LEFT THERE ANDTOOK IT UP THE STREET TO CHELSEDINE AUTO (REAL MECHANICS BY THE WAY) AND THEY THOROUGHLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND FOUND THAT IT WAS A "TENSIONER ROD". I NEED A TIMING BELT REPLACEMENT AND THAT WOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT ISSUE. WELL NEEDLES TO SAY, THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND NOW I CAN STOP LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THAT MECHANIC WHOM I WAS TOLD BY "CHARLES" THAT HE WAS THE BEST. CLOSE DOWN THIS SHOP IMMEDIATELY. FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS I SEE ON THIS PLACE, WHAT IS THE POINT OF STAYING IN BUSINESS FELLA. SHUT IT DOWN!!!! HOWEVER, CHARLES WAS A COOL GUY. I SEE THE OWNER APOLOGIZING FOR THE EXPERIENCES PEOPLE HAVE HAD BUT IM NOT SURE THATS THE SOLUTION. I THINK THERE NEEDS TO BE A STAFF OVERHAUL EXCEPT CHARLES. NO OFFENSE TO THE OWNERS WHO IM SURE ARE TRYING TO MAKE SOME KIND OF DIFFERENCE IN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. AT LEAST IT SHOWS THAT YOU ARE LISTENING.

They loosen gas caps to set off false check engine sensor readings during oil changes and then try to sell you unneeded repairs when you notice. We had 2 older cars and we didnt suspect anything until we brought in our new truck that never had any issues. Mr Tire said they would "Happily check it for free and that the light was on before we serviced it." Now what mechanic would see the light on and not scan and report it? We decided to check the error light at the parts store instead. We checked our other 2 cars... The same gas cap sensors on all 3 . It appears they use the check engine as bait for fake repairs. If I had the time to waste, I would see how far they take this lie while taking lots of before and after pictures. Well just avoid this place like the plague that it is. You all should too.

Worst place ever!!!! Dropped the car off at 8:30 in the morning and was told it would be done by 3:30 to change my back rotors and pads and inspect the front. Long story short they got nothing accomplished to the point that I just went and picked it up.because they lied and tried to tell me my front caliber was locked up and wanted to charge me like $1,200 when I drove the car there and back no problems went to a different place the very next day after driving on what they said was a locked up caliber over 100 miles and had it out this ship in no time. Funny thing about this is the caliber was perfect when inspected and was shown in person. So when it comes to this place just do it yourself or just avoid this place unless you got a lot of money to waste on un needed fixes.

Horrible. First of all, plan on spending easily 2 hours there, no matter what youre getting done. Second of all, they try to talk you into paying for extra stuff you dont need. Always ask a friend or local mechanic about whatever is wrong before you come here. The mechanics seem to know what they are doing, the guys behind the counter will do whatever they can to get you to spend money.

Thinking of a convenient place for simple oil change or tires? Run far away from this place. Unethical and not the least bit friendly. A rabid dog would be friendlier and safer than this place. You couldnt pay us enough to come back. They loosen gas caps to set off check engine light and then try to sell you fake repairs.

We have been dealing with this location for over a week now and have experienced the worst customer service and incompetent repair service. We drove a car in for new brakes and to replace a power steering hose. Now the car is not drivable and must be towed to another repair shop!

This place helped us patch up a flat tire a few minutes after the store closed. Good service and even balanced the tire to ensure perfect elignment. Nice workers and the guy behind the counter did not try to get us to spend extra money on stuff we didnt need.

Never again will I come here. All I wanted was an oil change, and Im being charged with other things. My appointment was at 12, its now 1:31 and they just took my car back. People are super nice, but Ill never come back here again.

I had oil changed here a few times and they were always trying to get me to pay for repairs I didnt need. After a while they got an attitude with me because I kept refusing and said just change the oil.
