I have an 8-yr old SUV with a hair under 151K miles and went in for a full bumper to bumper check back in August. Several items were identified, options discussed and I go in once a month to knock off another service. The price estimates were exact and they dont argue when I tell them which service I want. They also dont try and sell a service I dont need. If they see something they may recommend a repair, but they still leave it up to me and dont argue. When I couldnt afford a full brake job, they worked with me to determine which ones were critical and which could wait for another visit. Not sure about the negative reviews I see here but I for one have never had problems, they are friendly and from what I can see, honest...which is rare in a car repair facility.

(From ca. 2013) Dangerously incompetent. They replaced all 4 shocks/struts on my car, but FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE NUTS HOLDING THE FRONT STRUT MOUNTS TO THE BODY OF MY CAR!!!!! Never in my life have I had to deal with such life-threatening incompetence. The manager blamed it on one of his workers ("guy was so bad we had to let him go.."), but it shows very shoddy QC on their part. And now, just a few years later, I was informed by a reputable service center (during my cars yearly inspection) that the relatively new shocks have ALL GONE BAD. I can feel it, too...that old rattling is back. Im also left to wonder if some of the attachment hardware has loosened up again, as well!

I had my oil changed here and the tech "knocked something loose"... I got about 15 miles from the building and the check engine light came on. They were closed so I had to go back the next day and apparently the person who did the oil change knocked a wire loose and caused the check engine light to come on and the car to lose power while driving home via the Harbor Tunnel. It was an honest mistake, but they didnt offer a refund or even acknowledge I had to take off time from work to come back. A simple service like this turned into a huge issue, I dont think you should risk it.

He called my warranty company and even had the payment from them and me in no time! I had a safe ride home thank you so much please give my thanks to ABC Towing and the driver who towed me for everyones assistance in getting my car back on the road and me home! I took my vehicle here and asked them just to check my brakes and tell me how bad they were. They did a bit more, checked my code and checked to see if my spark plugs needed replacing. They did absolutely no work but charged me 90 bucks anyway , just for the diagnostic. Will never return here, complete rip-off. Edit: I found the original price they quoted me, was about 40 bucks less. This says enough about the person who handled all of this, "Rich"

Went in for a MD state inspection, was seen at the appointed time and on my way in 45 minutes. Friendly staff and a fair appraisal of my car. The only work they said I needed to have done isnt something they do (windshield), so you know they arent angling for business. From the time I spent in the lobby though, it sounds like if you want to make absolutely sure your car is serviced, you should be there when they open. The schedule fills up fast!

I have been going to this shop for about 5 years now and has never had any problems with service. They take care of my car and me to make sure that I am statisfied. They are also reasonable and can work with any budget. They have serviced all three of my cars and I have not had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone and have and they a great experiences as well.

I have been coming to this shop for a couple years now and have never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I know I will not be overcharged or lied to because I am a woman and know nothing about cars, which has happened at other shops. Its a good feeling to know your car is in good hands when the inevitable happens.

I brought my car in for some bad break issues. they had me back on the road in less than a day! it was a little pricey but, I knew that where ever I went it was going to be expensive. the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. only gave 4 stars because ive only been once.

The service at Meineke car care center was wonderfull! The staff were able to help me and explain to me what was wrong with my car. Also, when my son visited the shop for exhaust work they got the work done in no time, I would definetly recommend this care care shop to anyone.

Overcharge and wont honor valid coupon . . . summarizing the excuses they gave, all which insulted my intelligence, it was just because they dont have to. Left up to their discretion according to corporate. Be forewarned. Im getting another mechanic.

They changed my serpentine belt which squealed for a year. This is in a pretty ghetto area anyway. Go to EAS in Millersville.
