Front Street Motors.....what can one say about this place of business. Well, to begin.....when you call to inquire about a car, you get disconnected twice by the dealership. When you actually do get to talk to an individual, and I say individual....I cant assume it was a sales person, because when I asked about 2 specific vehicles.....he couldnt tell me anything about one of them. Told me...."This vehicle hasnt been through the shop yet, but were not going to...we are offering it as a cash only sale...if we sell it ok, if not it will go to auction". Hows that for a place that wants to sell a reliable car. Wont even check it out first. Then, when you tell them that you have filled out the credit application online, he states oh yes.....I left a message on your machine to call me. Well its funny, because the phone number I left....doesnt have an answering service on it, so that isnt possible. So they lie to customers, on top of not knowing their vehicles. Then comes their response time. It has been over a week since I requested financing on a vehicle......not only have I not heard a word from them since the night I talked to them on the phone, and gave them my cell number.....the car I was interested in was posted on Craigslist 2 days later......and they never even ran my credit to check for financing.....for I have a credit watching service and it shows if my credit was ran, in which it wasnt. Needless to say they lost a sale. Customer Service means everything. I will be more than happy to tell my experience with this dealership to anyone that is stating they are searching for a vehicle. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. High prices as well, with high mileage vehicles, which I didnt realize till after I submitted a credit application. I wouldnt even give this place 1 star....but its required to rate it.

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! This place is awful! On my way home with one of their fantastic vehicles the engine blew up before I even made it home! I barely even received a sorry from the wonderful manager Gary Dreese, just a bunch of attitude. Then they offered us another vehicle (no discount or even a measly extra free oil change for our trouble). So like idiots we bought this vehicle and not even a month and a half later this one over heated. It was towed back to Front Street Motors. It turns out the reason it was overheating was the cooling fan, thermostat & water pump. So even with the crappy warranty, we owe $495.00!!!!!! Yeah you heard me right... they are still willing to charge us even after all the trouble we had and only a month and a half later. My husband could have fixed it for around $100.00 but we thought they should have to take care of it hence the whole reason for the great warranty they offer. The only comment I received is the car is sold as-is and we are told this at the beginning. This place has no customer service at all!

If it was possible to give negative stars I would!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Nothing but problems from week ONE! Im really not sure how this place is still open other than screwing customers out of a lot of money! Bought a used car here, had it to there garage within hours....HOURS...of buying it. First month ...5 times in the shop. Supposively fixed the problem all 5 times...magically it still happened...stalled yet again. When you call and speak to a "manager" they act stupid ...I flat out said "you screwed us over". Service...at least they are friendly...knowledgeable Was to be determined. Lost over 3 grand trading this in after making, only 2 payments....for something that was nothing more than a headache! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy go here! This place is eventually going to go under VERY VERY POOR QUALITY, SERVICE, WITH NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION !

The general sales manager of Front Street Motors, Garry Dreese, is a terrible, ill-tempered, and moronic salesman. On a specific car, he claimed it was in perfect condition and had never been in an accident. Upon investigation, I found many scratches on the outside, rips in the cloth interior, and the smell of smoke lingered on the inside. After reviewing a carfax report, I saw this car had indeed been in an accident. When I brought this to his attention he continued to deny it until he himself looked at the report. Upon seeing the report, Garry took it from my hands, crumbled it, and stormed into his office without another word or returning back outside. I didnt even get a chance to pop the hood or look any further into the car that I was still interested in seeing. Buyers Beware!

Twice in 4 months, Front Street Motors has treated us with five-star service! 4 months ago, we purchased a Ford Winstar with the excellent customer service of Brett Bittner. The van was an amazing vehicle, but unfortunately was totaled in a car accident. Upon returning to Front Street Motors, Brett along with the rest of the amazing crew got us in a beautiful Ford Expedition. Brett is a top-notch salesman and the crew works hard to get you the vehicle you want at a price you can afford! My fabulous personal experience with Brett has me recommending him to anyone & everyone...tell him the Hoffmans that got the Expedition sent you. Weve also had pleasant experiences with the service department and feel confident in their abilities!

I had a really great car buying experience with Front St.. I had made the deal on the phone with Cory, then I met Mike at the office. Both are great guys to process the purchase. When I arrived papers were ready, signed, got the temporary tags and drove back to home. Im very happy with the car, no problems at all, very nice looking sports car. These guys are honest, friendly and helpful. It is hard to find honest car dealer in these days. Thanks a lot Front Street Motors of Sunbury. I appreciate your professional manner.

This place is a rip off, first sold us a car that need a power something replaced for $1500. Took it to them and they acted stupid for 3 days, when I took it to Sunbury Ford they found the problem in a few min when they hooked it up to the reader. Now some how power steering fluid ended up in the break fluid and rotted out the rubber which insurance may not cover and cost thousands. All this and we bought the car 10 months ago, a real nightmare!

My experience with Font Street Motors has been excellent. Brett Bittner a sales consultant at Front Street Motors has been very helpful and understanding of everything.I know that when I get everything worked out and I go to get another car I will be going to Front Street Motors and will purchase my car from there. I recommend any and everyone to go to this dealership to get your car.

Please be careful when buying from this dealership. Customer service is not stellar as THE SAME PERSON SAID THAT WROTE THE THREE REVIEWS BELOW. lol It is almost like shell bidding to boost the review . I bought a lemon from here , even got their fake warranty that does not cover anything except what is working right until it goes bad then it`s not covered.

THE HAVE A BIG FAT "F" WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THAT SHOULD SAY ENOUGH. UNFORTUNATELY I TRUSTED THEM AND DIDNT LOOK IT UP PRIOR TO PURCHASING MY CAR WHICH IS A LEMON TO THE MAX!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, COMMUNICATION, AND THEY DO NOT KOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. OUT FOR THEMSELVES AND THAT IS IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY FROM HERE.
