I recently purchased a vehicle from 905 and would recommend if you do purchase a vehicle here you only deal with Kevin. I bought my car late on Saturday night after they had already closed but Kevin stayed and did all the paperwork ect without complaining or making me feel like an after hours inconvenience. I first drove my car on Monday and on Tuesday after only 80 miles driven my check engine light came on. I contacted 905 and let them know what was going on. Kevin and the mechanic worked with me very well and made me feel like everything would be fixed. After waiting about an hour as the mechanic looked at my car he came out and assured me it was an easy fix he would take care of it but needed approval from the manger, Matt. Well I felt really good with Kevin working with me and then at the garage being assured it would be taken care of but that all stopped when Matt got involved. He came rushing into the garage just to turn me down and say my car could not be fixed just a few days after I drove it off his lot. Matt and I exchanged a conversation at the garage and for the first time I felt like a price tag and inconvenience. I felt very disrespect not just in my car nor being fixed but the way I was talked to by Matt. I drove my car off not being fixed and very upset I was going to look into anyway to get my car fixed at the expense of Matt. I later was told by Kevin to not worry my car would be fixed even if he had to pay out of his own pocket. Well thats exactly what happened Kevin was the one who ended up taking care of me and my car because he knows in order to keep your business going you keep the customer happy. For the record the repair on my car was about .04% of the price I paid for it in full, so it would have been like pocket change to fix. I wasnt returning weeks or months later and it wasnt a costly repair. Disappointed in my experience with Matt but very happy in my experience with Kevin. This was a long review but it has been a long process in getting where I am and if it wasnt for Kevin the management there would make no money. I recommend 905 but only purchase your vehicle from Kevin.

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN! Would give them a zero if I could. Our ROTC aspiring Army Ranger college student researched vehicles for quite a while before he chose a Rav4 being sold by 905. He was at school in Texas at the time. We purchased the vehicle for him and it sat in front of our house for about 3 weeks waiting for him to come home at the end of the school year. On the 8th day he drove it (after putting just a few hundred miles on it), he was 3 hours from home and the transmission went out. After a lot of back and forth, 905 did tow the car back home for us at no cost, but they refused to do anything to help us with the cost of the $5,200 repair. I didnt expect them to pay for the entire repair, but considering he put only a few hundred miles on the vehicle, I would have expected them to stand behind their product and at least split the cost with us. Seemed to me that would be the ethical thing to do. They refused...said they "couldnt." I dont believe its a "couldnt" so much as a "wouldnt". If youre smart...youll shop elsewhere. I know we will in the future.

Easy as can be. After seeing a car listed on the AutoTrader website I called the next day and talked to Matt. We set a time when I would be on site to look at the car and he met me at the door. After copying my license I was free to take the car I was interested in for a solo test drive. Came back satisfied and we went to complete the paperwork. An hour later, after getting the cash, I was on my way out of the lot in my "new" car. No haggle pricing, clear explanations for any questions I had and a complete explanation of all paper work being signed. 905 Cars and Trucks is great. I have no reservations buying from them again. Only caveat you need to be aware of is that all cars are sold "AS IS" which means you must do you OWN diligence as to the worth of a car. Be sure to bring your existing car title, license, and proof of insurance before going shopping with 905 Cars and Trucks. Great place to shop for a used car.

From my first phone call to the last hand shake, Kevin at 905 Cars and Trucks was upfront, honest and professional. I drove two and a half hours to look at a car that was on the lot. When I arrived he had the car ready to go. We looked at the carfax report discussed any issues that would need to be addressed in the near future. I test drove it took it to a auto repair garage to be inspected and checked for any wear and tear also tolook for any structural damage from the previous owners. The mechnic looked it over from top to bottom. Then gave me a short list of items that would need attention in the near future. Kevin and I had already discussed all of the items the mechanic addressed . I would gladly purchase another used car from 905 Cars and Trucks. Great experience all around!!! Thank you for the great service.

We spoke to Kevin through email before we drove to look at the 2012 Subaru Impreza. Answered everything we asked before we drove to the car lot. We showed up about 30 minutes before they were to close. Took his time knowing there was no guarantee of a sale. We told him flat out we were just looking. Showed me everything that was done to the car without being asked. Told me the best route to test the car on. He worked with us on the price on the spot. We were in and out with keys in hand extremely quickly. Unlike the big dealerships were I have spent 3 or more hours filling out paperwork and hearing their sales pitch. Granted we did show up with an auto draft check. I will definitely drive 54 miles again to deal with them in the future.

Excellent car-buying experience. It was my first time purchasing a used vehicle and Kevin provided top-notch service. Thats the only positive remark I can give. *I have now downgraded my 5 star to a 2 star due to the car I bought only about a month ago needing major repairs. Behind the engine coolant is leaking. The repair center stated that coolant has been leaking for some time. A few gaskets need to be replaced-estimated cost:700-1000 at a regular garage. The dealer service center wants double that. If you are going to buy a vehicle from here or any used car dealer take it to a mechanic before signing any papers. My mistake on that part, but still selling a car with an existing issue like this only after a month...lesson learned.

I cannot say enough how appreciative I am of the amazing salesman I came across at 905 Cars and Trucks! If you want an amazing car, cheap, please go see Kevin Buckwalter. He jumped through hoops for me to make sure I could get one of the cars on his lot because I was dead set on it. He really didnt have to do all he did for me, but he genuinely cared about me being his customer and making me happy. I have never found that in any other sales-person. Most sales people only care about making a sale and not making the customer happy at the same time. But Kevin genuinely cares about everyone who enters this car lot. Hes honest about the vehicles on the lot, too. You cant get anyone better than that! Go see Kevin Buckwalter at 905!
