I am not sure why the last review for TLC Auto Service was back in 2009...because the service that I received yesterday was AWESOME!!!...I did not know who I was calling Saturday morning @ 6am when Suburban broke down in Baltimore coming from Philly, but it was Tim who immediately responded to my call when I left a message. I struggled with decision to get him to tow me and make the repairs or get a local mechanic that may or may no solve my issue. I decided to go with TLC..and it was worth it..Tim kept me informed as to what was happening with the car..since I had to leave it...His price was reasonable. I spoke to this gentleman at 6am..he did not stop working on my car til 12 am to ensure that I would not have any more troubles on the road as I coninued to travel to Georgia...thats deligence and dedication to provide customer satisfaction. I teased him and said that he probably never wants to see my car again...and if he could have his way he would want me to skip passing through B-more, lol but he never complained...If Iived in B-more..he would DEFINITLEY be my mechanic...but he is DEFINITELY some I can call a friend...THANKS TIM!!!!

I was treated with prompt and courteous service. Being a women and not knowledgeable of auto mechanics. The owner and his staff was willing to show me how my car functioned. Also guide me in the maintenance of my car to avoid future breakdowns.
