Shitties post office ive ever been in. There is a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN. The PMG is a complete air head and is not in anyway shape pr form up to date on usps policy. She makes up lies so she doesnt have to do extra work. They have 1/9 the supplies other usps locations have, and if you go inside, plan to spend at least 30 mins in line with rude staff waiting to serve you. If i could give it less than one star i would. Unfortantely this is the closest office to my house so i will be back but better believe it wont ever be with a smile or a pleasent attitude.

Post office wait is short, very low volume post office. But expect to get terrible customer service. My customer service review is only based on my interactions with Debbie. Every single encounter Ive had with her she is rude and unprofessional. Even if there is no one else there, which happens often she really cant be bothered to be polite.

I love coming to this office even though its not in my area (silver spring/colesville) Customer service is excellent I always feel welcome and they treat me and everyone else very nice and they remember all of the customers too! Colesville office sucks I hate going there.I go when I really need too otherwise they can kiss my butt!!!

I went at 8:00AM and not open. While I was there at least 3 other cars also came to find it closed. Most people work 9-5 and its ridiculous that this post office wont be open during the hours that people can come which are before and after work.
