These folks (the staff) are listening to loud music. All of the customers seem to bring headphones and try to listen to their own music, but the loud music preferred by the staff, is so loud it goes through the headphones. If you ask about it, the staff are apparently directed by management to not turn the music down. The staff are making this place less pleasant for the customer by being inconsiderate of the customers. Management needs to correct this.

Love the facility. Its never super packed and the staff is very friendly! There is never a crazy amount of non-working machines like you see at other gyms. The only thing I would mention is the bathrooms could use a little more attention. Other than that, wouldnt change a thing.

Since the opening of the Fort Washington Planet Fitness, the General Manager Jazmin, and the Assistant Manager, Rick, have provided an excellent, well run, clean place to get fit. The staff members are well trained, friendly, and helpful.

I have been using this new Planet Fitness location for over a month now and I am glad I did. There was some renovations at first but I can really see the location shaping up into a place where I can get my workouts done.

Wonderful supportive staff. Especially Zhane D. She is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She knows all of the regulars, and makes us welcomed, like a home gym. I come everyday now. Thanks Zhane and staff!
