When I moved to this area 7 years ago, I was hoping to find a mechanic I could trust. I still remember my first experience at Flower Hill Auto. I dont remember what was wrong with my car, but I do remember Manley taking me into the shop to look at my car and show me exactly what he was talking about. Since then, I have always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Sometimes a noise has made me think I needed work done - like getting new shocks or brakes - but they have let me know theyre in good condition. All that to say that these guys arent trying to rip you off but rather are working in your best interest. Their prices are about the same as other places (and Im a little bummed the oil change special is now gone), but I know theyll only charge me for what needs to be done.

Manley, Matt and the crew are the best. Ive been taking my cars here for over 8 years and they are always honest (good luck finding that at a dealership), provide quality workmanship, and give you a fair price. We do all service here from oil changes (which btw are cheaper than that 30-min chain), tires, and regular mileage-based maintenance. The best part is that they are always willing to talk to you on the phone (or in person) about the repair so you know what youre going to get into. I bring my car, my wifes car, and even my parents car here and will keep coming back!

The workmanship was fantastic, the car was repaired in a timely fashion, and the staff explained what needed to be done clearly. They were able to take care of issues within two hours after the car was dropped off that the Nissan dealer and NTB had been unable to correct during multiple visits to each. They are fantastic and the customer service is great. i would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, trust-worthy, and quality service. R. Ford

Matt and his team are Honest, Friendly, Respectful. They never talk down to me or at me. Manley or Nick or Matt actively listen to me and ask questions to better understand what is going on before looking under the hood. They keep great records of work completed so they can refer back to previous work . This has saved $$$ not repeating the same fix. I recommend the Flower Hill Automotive team any day of the week!
