I called the 800 number to inquire about the cost of the service I was in need of and the customer service agent was a delight to chat with as she explained to me how the service works and to my surprise there was not a service charge for someone to come out and asses my problem and that was great! She scheduled me for a same day service call. The service technician Aldalberto arrived within an hour and exhibited complete professionalism. He assessed my water heater problem and told me it could repaired. He prepared a quote that was to my complete satisfaction. His attitude was impeccable and that to me was the kind of service I was not expecting because my past experiences with repair technicians had led me to believe that all service technicians have the same and I quote "Im just here to do a job attitude". But to my surprise Roto-Rooter was different they cared about me and shared my frustrations and concerns. Thanks Roto-Rooter for getting me serviced with fair pricing and excellent Customer Service! I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for future plumbing services!! Thanks to you all for a Job Well Done!!

Van Tech #3628 arrived at the time that was told by the office and before he started working he explained what he thought the problem was. He quoted us a price and he then started his repairs. After checking to see if he had the parts for the repair he made the necessary repairs and then proceeded to check the toilet over to make sure everything else was ok. He made a few ajustments to help with the toilet while waiting to see if the repairs that he made to the inside of the toilet fixed our problem which it did he then made one last adjustment to the toilet and then he was done. Van was very friendly, helpful and very good at what he was doing. He also gave us another price for a job that we needed done on a shower drain which we will address whenever we decide on taking care of this problem. All in all Roto Rooter gave us a start window which they met and the job was completed in a timely manner. Roto Rooter therefore gets a 5 star rating from us for the work done and arriving on time to start the project. Thanks Roto Rooter and Van

We had Roto-Rooter come out on late Sunday afternoon. The technician was Kam. He did a fabulous job in cleaning out our main sewer line. Even though we did not ask him to, he snaked the line three times just to make sure all the tree roots are cleared from our sewer line. He was very professional and kept our house super clean (since the main line is in the basement and only accessible from the front door. Next day, another technician Larry came out with a camera for an complimentary camera inspection of the sewer line, just to verify that the tree roots were coming from WSSCs line. Again, Larry was very professional and kept our house clean. After the camera inspection, he provided us a DVD within 5 minutes. Having dealt with many plumbers in the past, as a licensed REALTOR, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. The price was competitive and super, super fast service. Highly recommend it. We had called other plumbers in the past, we were not satisfied with other companies.

Rohming, the plumber did an excellent job for us on a very short notice. We needed our kitchen sink garbage disposal unit replaced and a new water filter faucet installed. He explained how he will approach the job as we had a very small under sink area opening. He ensured that the new plumbing work allowed a good access to the area and opened up new area for storage. He cleaned up the area after he was done and tested the whole installation to our satisfaction. He did tell me that he has been with the company for over 10 years and took pride in his work and the company. When we asked about the warranty about the work, he explained the warranty period and assured that his install will not require any post install call or would not have any problem. I also thank Roto Rooter to quickly find Rohming for the same day service. I would definitely recommend Rohming and Roto Rooter for any plumbing job.

Roto-Rooter is working on a serious issue at my new home, that I JUST closed on less than a week ago. Not only did the initial technician Kap (8624) come out less than an hour after I requested the service call, he stayed for more than 4 hours trying everything he could think of to fix it. When that failed, Derrick (4166) came the next day with a camera to diagnose the problem. He was fantastic. Jason (1599) came to evaluate the clean up, and he was also incredibly helpful. He even helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance. This has been a really difficult problem, but along the way, Ive been assured that Roto Rooter can handle it, and will make it right. They are fair with pricing, and the service is MORE than 5 stars. I am so relieved to be working with them on this issue.

Called this morning and a technician was dispatched to my home today. As I waiting the manager called and explained that the original technician that was supposed to come out had some van trouble and stated he will be sending someone else within the hour. Brian #742 arrived within the scheduled hour and look into our situation. Needless to say I had to get it replaced but I was overall satisfied with the service. Brian explained the cause of the sump pump failure and what needed to be done. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable technicians. I have used this company before five years ago for the same problem. I wasnt hesitant to call them again. Prompt and satisfactory service. Thank you for keeping my home from flooding.

Both the plumbing team and the restoration teams provided excellent service. We have a water leak from our jacuzzi tub that sprayed out over the ceiling of our living room floor. The plumbing team got here quickly, identified the issue and was in contact with us throughout the day on updates for finding parts, etc. The restoration team arrived at the time they said, inspected the damaged area, explained everything then got to work. They kept the demolition contained and cleaned up afterwards. Bret (4707), Jake (2445) and Zau (3474) were the restoration team. Missed the name of the gentleman from the restoration team that helped us with the insurance claim, which we got submitted same day. Thanks Roto-rooter.

I had woken to a Sunday Morning nightmare of a downstairs toilet flooding my hallway and living room hardwood floors and carpets with raw sewage and feces; even after turning the water off it kept coming, using and ruining all the towels I had and could find to contain it. Luckily called Roto Rooter and Josue Tech Number 3607 came to the rescue. He was extremely and with out a doubt a man of great work ethic, professionalism and a wealth of knowledge for his profession. Josue explained everything that he was doing and what the options were in lament terms but in enough detail, so I could make an informed decision. I would go with this company again for sure and will always request Josue from here on out!
