We had Ehrhardt replace our water heater as well as take care of several other jobs involving rerouting, valve replacements and a PRV replacement. They arrived right on time and got to work. They took care to protect carpet etc where they were working heavily. All the work was approximately 4 hours which seemed very reasonable to me. They offered a discount on labor since we took care of other work with the water heater replacement. The water heater replacement was a set price which came in right in line with other quotes I was provided by area plumbers. (I had quotes from 4 plumbers and they were all within about $100 of one another.) This work was performed back in March and no issues have arisen. Very happy with the work and will use again and definitely recommend.

In several encounters, weve never been disappointed with Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing. This time was no exception. The office called 45 minutes before our appointment to advise that Rob was on his way. He showed up promptly and handled the tasks professionally and courteously. The replacement kitchen faucet I had planned to install myself (!) turned out to be a mismatch for the size of the supply lines, so I needed someone with skills far beyond my own to install new shut-off valves and compatible supply lines. Obviously, it was no problem for Rob and he was done in under an hour. Ehrhardt is not inexpensive, but the reliability, quality service and overall experience make them our go-to contractor for household plumbing services.

Ehrhardt Bros hooked up a new gas range for me this morning. Arrived on time, gave a very reasonable estimate, conducted the work in 30 minutes, setup the range and tested it, cleaned up everything and left. The service tech was very honest, went right to work with no time wasted, and wore booties...which was great, as we have an infant and are concerned with keeping the floors clean. Avoid the local companies that advertise on TV, sponsor highways, and have colorful trucks...they are robbers who charge $80 just to send someone to your house. Hire Ehrhardt Bros if you want the job done by a pro without BS and without killing your wallet. Will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

We called them to fix a slow leak in the basement that was directly under the 1st floor bathroom. Their guy told us it wasnt the toliet, it was a pipe in the wall behind it, but he didnt know where the leak originated. Instead of cutting behind the toilet, he cut a large hole on the other side of the wall in the kitchen. Then he cut a large hole in my bedroom on the second floor. After all that, he cut a third, even larger hole in the original bathroom and found the leak there. So now I have 3 large holes in 3 different rooms that I will have to pay someone else big $ to fix (quotes are running >$400). Very disappointed!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! An individual came out onsite to get me a quote for running a simple waterline to another room in my basement. He stated he would send me the quote the next day. I called the following afternoon to find out if the quote was ready, and it was not. The receptionist said she would try to get it out to me by COB, and if not then, definitely by the next day. Guess what? A week rolls by and nobody has yet to give me a call! Dont waste your time with this company. Apparently communication is a MASSIVE shortcoming with them.

I love they are local. They gave us a very fair price on a new water heater. They provided a new one, recycled the old one and came within 1 day to install. I like that they are friendly and helpful. The did not try to rip me off and sell me things I didnt need. They fixed my toilet and even the drip on my faucet while they were here.

Had them come out today for a bad clog, kids will put anything in the toilet. The service team arrived before schedule and performed their task well above standard. The price for everything was well within reason and I will definitely be returning for anything that is plumbing related. Thank you for your great service.

Our plumber was extremely nice and efficient. He was even good with my girls who were stalking him around the house. He was able to come to my house a day before expected, Prices were reasonable and he did an excellent job, definitely will be calling them for future plumbing needs.

Nick from Ehrhardt Brothers came by (earlier than I even expected) and did a relatively simple shower leak repair for about 20% of the price that Len the Plumber wanted. Very friendly and very honest in every regard. I will be a return customer for sure.
