I have had two services with this company if I could do a negative I would. The first service was for water heater. I just bought the house and needed hot water heater replaced. First off he flipped the breaker til he found what was one for hot water heater. He did the work and my son helped him take tank out and new one in. He got done and was about to leave when I found out my fridge had no power and I also had no heat. He said it was nothing he did and left. I then had to call electrician and was with out heat for 2 day til they could get til then. Come to find out it was from breaker they werent put back on properly. Had to pay then 150 to do what he would have done. They second time was for a couple things 4 sinks fixtures and cosmetic on shower handles. Toilet parts changed out on inside of tank. Leak in master bedroom bathroom. And cosmetic fixtures. So the guy came from czapp and Griffith and said he didnt eat lunch yet and said they only told him one thing to be done. I explained that that was not right. I had baught all the parts he need to do the job. He then told me I dont have the right parts and it would take to long to figure the job out. That I cannot just go get parts and not get the right parts. Then he called the company and told them he needs someone to come give and estimate for job. He said it would take 2 day to do it. Czapp and Griffith then called me and said another guy was on the way to see if they could to the job. I explained to them he just didnt want to do the job they told me to let him leave someone else is already on the way. The second group came and started to install all parts I did get all the right ones. They had finished and was leaving they said every was done in 3 hours. Since the install the master bathroom is still leaking at the knob. And the floor piece they didnt seal now leaked into my garage. And now have to call another plumber to fix the work that should have been done already. I wouldnt have anymore services done with this company and will tell my friend to avoid them.

1. Called about a plumbing leak from our master bath and they came out and smeared caulk around. Of course the leak still exists because it had nothing to do with the shower itself, it has to do with the pipes leading to the sewer from the bathroom, but their plumbers are too lazy to actually investigate a problem and would rather just bill you $150 for doing nothing. 2. Called about a sewer blockage at 10:30am, was told someone would be out, no one showed...Ended up calling at 4:30 to be told by their answering service that they were closed. Called at 8am the following morning and no one picks up the phone. Call again at 8:30am and am told that their plumbers are busy and will get there when they get there.

If I could give a negative star I would. We need to have our heating and air conditioner replaced. I called three different companies for estimates, Czapp and Griffith being one of them. The other two came out, explained the new system and gave us an estimate on the spot. The guy from Czapp and Griffith showed up late for the appointment, took down the numbers from the existing furnace and AC unit, said hed email me an estimate but was really busy so it might take a week or more and left. A week later and I still have not heard from them about the estimate to replace my system. I wont be calling them again for anything.

These guys do very good work, had them come out and replace a main water shutoff valve and troubleshoot my HVAC system. Im satisfied with the work that was performed for the money. Ill have them back out to fix my HVAC system for sure. The technician was extremely nice and did good work, he even cleaned up after himself (which is rare these days). Thanks guys!

Called to have someone fix our A/C - said they would send a tech out today - waited all day - its now after hours and they said they could Come out but for a higher ( emergency ) fee !! We told them no way !! This isnt the first time we got stood up by them !! Never using them again !!
