I moved to the area about a year ago and had a drip in my shower the entire time. I called Durance and they scheduled me an appointment at the beginning of the week - everyone else said it would be 2/3 weeks before someone could come out. Adam and Matt arrived early, talked me through everything they did beforehand, went to the hardware store twice, completely replaced my shower hardware, and put the bathroom back together better than they found it. The job in total took 6 hours and they did not stop once. Quality service is hard to find, and I am fortunate that I do not have to look any further for any home repairs going forward.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is the plumber to hire, if you want the job done correctly and for a great price! I called them after I was disappointed by the empty promises that I received from another company. I called and learned that this is a two-man show. I described the problem and felt very comfortable with the on-the-phone diagnosis. My partially clogged basement drain was snaked and opened. The cost was discussed over the phone and there were NO HIDDEN COST. Now, the icing on the cake, the plumber was neat, polite and extremely personable. Hire, them, you will be glad you did!

Their prices are reasonable and they always give me the estimate before starting work. Theyve replaced my furnace, hot water heater, and countless other things.
