I want to disclose that I do not leave reviews frequently outside of restaurants on Yelp, but I feel like this company earned one from me here. I cant imagine there is a better company available for this service. I had to store some belongings while I was subletting my Boston apartment for the summer so I could intern in Chicago. The process was painless and very user-friendly, the movers were efficient and took great care while loading and transporting my stuff, and everything came back in perfect shape when I needed it. The process was extremely user-friendly and required little interaction on my end. I simply requested their service online and indicated when and how long I needed my stuff stored. I noticed that this was a relatively new company while I was researching and I have to say I was blown away by the customer service they offered. After picking up my initial boxes, I called and asked if I could store my pool table with them as well (full-size) and thought that they either would be unable to do it or that the cost would be too much for me to handle. To my delight, I was put on the phone with one of their managers (Nick) and he informed me that they would store the table and I was relieved to find the cost to be quite manageable. Not only that, the company made a special second trip to my apartment to pick up the pool table really late at night after I requested that they store it in addition to my aforementioned belongings. They did not charge me for the additional pick-up and were very understanding of my inefficient use of their services. I came back on September 1st (hell week for moving in Boston) and was delighted to find the Storage Squad truck parked in front of my apartment at the exact time I requested. They moved all of my boxes inside and (much to my roommates delight) took extra precautions not to damage the pool table. We even had time to play a couple games with the movers as they had some time to kill before their next delivery. The whole company just seems to be a great group of people who, unlike a lot of companies, understand that they are in the service industry. All in all, I had a fantastic experience with Storage Squad and highly recommend their services to students and professionals alike.

This was honestly the worst experience I have had with customer service ever. My box has been lost for a week now and no one has even looked for it. I have called 4 times and emailed even more, told I would get a call Friday or Saturday and it is now Thursday of the following week. There is no way that it is worth the lower price to use these guys. One of my boxes was broken because it was thrown around so much, a box was not shipped when I asked for it to be, and now a box missing altogether. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I promise youll have a better experience.

So impressed with Storage Squad!!!! From the free delivery of boxes/packing supplies to shipping of box to Illinois, cannot praise this company enough. With the mega boxes supplied the cost was much less than anticipated. Great bargain! The service was exceptional. Pick up exact time as slotted, personnel friendly and professional. Really makes this easy and economical! Have told many friends about your service. Keep up the great work! Will def use for future storage/shipping.

Storage Squad is an essential for college students living far away from school. I wish that I has used them earlier. Despite changing the pickup time the day before, the pickup process was fairly straightforward. I had a temporary panic when they called an hour early saying they were outside, but when I explained that I was not home and my time wasnt until later, they said they were okay coming back.

I switched from another similar storage service to this one after I found out that Storage Squad provides free boxes as well as free pickup and delivery. The storage price is also much cheaper than the competition Ive seen. The pickup process was incredibly quick and simple, and the overall experience was very pleasant. This company did a great job. The pickup was a few minutes delayed because we had a mixup on my address but it turned out to be not that much of an issue. The boxes are bigger than I thought and I was able to fit a lot in each one. Scheduling was very easy and the service makes the whole process super easy too. I dont have a car so it saved me!
