Hi my name is Kevin Lee Kessinger, I have had a storage bin in the same storage facility in Weymouth Mass for I think 12 years , I have always been treated well and with respect by the Proffesional Staff of John, Christen , and Kerry and other personel in the downstairs office. We were on the first floor when we purchased the unit , and the reason for that is because my wife Joannie is disabled from Cancer, and cannot walk well . They have since moved us to the 5th floor . When This was being done we were assured by Public Storage , that we would recieve a telephone call, and we would be allowed to particapate and watch the transfer to another unit. Much to my Dismay upon paying the next bill , I had come to find that they had disreguarded our wishes , and thier promise , and moved our possesions without our agreement or letting us be there and take part . It is also too bad that they have decided to keep increasing the monthly charge to now , what is considered to be unreasonable, and making us consider moving somewhere that does not want to charge more than the real estate square footage in Weymoth is worth. We recently investagated the realestate values of property in the area 12 years ago as compared to today and we did a price ratio analysis , and it looks like we are paying $60 a month more than we should be . So all in all , Happy with the people , I have actually never even been in my Unit since I stored a bunch of our families belongings thier during a Move, But very unhappy with the constant price increases .

This is the second review Ive posted about this storage unit, the first time I gave it 5 stars right after renting my unit but after being a customer for two months I decided I needed to give a review that was more accurate. Once you rent a unit they are no longer helpful, the late fee is added to your account after six days! and is more than half of the months rent. They refused to waive it when I told them it was a simple oversight. I rented the unit on the 15th of January and only needed it until the 11th of March yet they insisted on charging more for 3 full months even though I used it for less than 2 months. After paying my first payment on the 15th, the next one was due two weeks later on the first which I forgot about and was promptly hit with the aforementioned late fee. Ridiculous! I will not be using this company again. I had a wonderful experience with PODS storage and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to store things short term but stay away from Public Storage!!

I had a great experience with a gentlemen named Wes. When I went for a tour of the place i had my family with me.Wes walked slow enough for my farther to keep up. Wes also didnt mind having my 7 year old daughter talking and asking questions. Wes was very helpful and informative seemed to really know what size we would need for what i have.Wes defiantly deserves a raise what a great employees hope all of Public storage employees are like Wes. Sincerely One happy Customer

I had a great experience and would reccommend this storage facility to anybody. This is my first time renting a unit and I had a lot of questions. Wes, the manager of the location showed me the storage unit, explained the process and gave me all the information before I signed up for the unit. This made me feel very comfortable about renting from this location. I received great customer service from Wes. The unit itself was also clean and easy to access.

Wes, the office person, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The building was moderately clean. Could have used a couple more carts for moving items to the units due to the size of the building, esp since one of the current two was in need of repair. Outside areas were not well maintained. Have to be careful to find since sign was rather small and set back farther than other businesses in that area of Rte. 53. Using because of location.

Awful. Rented a truck to get out of the unit. The key pads were not working then the elevators were not working. I had to return the truck before they fixed the elevators. I asked the manager if I could have another week to get my stuff out and was told no. She said "I didnt know that the stuff would go down" Im out $92. For the truck and have to pay for another week. A little give would have made me happy, but no give?

I have had the best experience at this location. Dealing with John and Wes has always been a pleasure. I have rented a 10x10 unit for 13 years at this location and can always count on John or Wess to come and cut my lock off with a smile when I lose my key. The boys are always available to answer a question or help me find a cart. Great Location and great customer service.

John and Kristen are amazing. Kristen helped me about during the sign up process and was very welcoming and helpful about explaining the property. I was impressed 2 weeks later when John called to follow up on how things are going and if I had any questions on the lease. The building is well maintained and they are quick to respond to issues. Keep up the good work.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Wes . Im relocating and need to figure out what Im going to do with the things that cannot fit into my new place. Great experience here. Have been with them a few years now. Facility is always clean, well lit and the customer service representative Kristen and John are always polite and helpful. Would recommend this facility to all my family and friends. Hours are convenient and I love that there is a light inside each unit.

Today, I rented a storage unit at Public Storage. Wes was very helpful and informative. With Wess guidance, I was able to select the right unit size for my needs. So glad I compared prices with another storage facility. The cost of the Public Storage unit was definitely less than the other storage facility.

Wes was the most helpful person Ive ever had to deal with. He answered all my questions, and made transitioning in and out of my storage unit easy. Give that man a raise, very hard worker and always has a smile. I will definitely use public storage again, and would request Wes! Thanks!

I had to find storage immediately, with little cash and was blessed with the $1 first months rent and a small administrative fee.( It was under $25 for my first months rent). The staff was helpful, especially when needing a cart. It was delivered to me on my floor.
