At some point I got a great price, but facility was dirty and a lot of time elevator wasnt working. They stated that I used over the limit of load, but truly it was not even half of it. Took them almost 6 months to fix it and replaced with gates that not even open all the way. You have to shim in the to get into elevator. But what is really TERRIBLE that they continuously every 6-8 months increase your rent for no reason (started 5 dollars and latest came 10). So I gave them notice 10 days in advanced and they said that I will not be able to get refund for not using storage to full month and after stating that I want to talk to manager they called me 10 minutes later saying that they will refund me x-amount of money and I should get it in 7-10 business days. 2,5 weeks later I still didnt get my money and calling them they saying "Oh, it was just approved return and you should get your money shortly." I found different storage that cost me less then now, but most importantly - they not increase rent. So if you consider using a storage for a long term - then dont fall for them. They will suck your money out of your pocket for no reason. My overall experience is TERRIBLE and hope this review will help to make a right for you decision.

I was very impressed on how Tim handled my complaint about the half-off first rent promo. At the time I rented a small storage unit, Tim was very fast and efficient especially I was in a bit of a hurry at that time. When I asked about the promo, he said there was no promo applicable to the small units. The following day, I checked the website, there was a half-off promo available to the small units. I called and since it was a holiday, I left a voicemail. And when I called again the following day, I spoke to a customer service rep and said I cannot avail of the promo because it wasnt available on that day. And she furthered that it couldnt be retroacted to that day either. I conceded without choice. However, after the holidays, Tim called me back and assured me that he would give me the promo and applied the half rent to the following month. Amazing! This is a very good example on how you build trust with customers. Due to that experience, I will always go back to this Extra Space Storage at 20 Washington, Stoughton, MA. Actually, this is my second time being their client because they made me a happy camper all the time. Thank you, Tim and to your wonderful staff. Happy New Year and keep up the great work!

I cannot say enough about this facility. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I have been with this facility almost 2 years now. I have a very bad heart condition to where Im in and out of the hospital and at times need surgery with lots of bedrest. Which in turn makes it really hard for me to keep up.The staff is so amazing and Miranda is an amazing person and is so welcoming, and Gary is so very nice and they both are so compassionate, and will work out whatever they can on their end to help me . The general manager Matt also is awesome and will do his best to accommodate me within his power. I dont feel judged for a late payment . EVERYTIME I walk in they ALWAYS have a great attitude and a smile. I highly recommend this site not only for the staff but also the cleanliness of the facility. They also keep me informed with anything regarding my unit, they make sure to answer any questions I have when it comes to my unit . I have NOT had 1 problem in the 2 years I have rented a unit and Im forever a customer and I cannot say it enough they come highly recommended. Thank You all for the kind hearts .

Ive stored at this location for many years. The manager, Tim, is very customer service oriented. The place feels very secure and that is important to me. Tim is usually out around the grounds. He keeps the site well maintained. I own a service business and if this storage thing doesnt work out, Id hire Tim tomorrow. Happy with my storage experience. Thanks

Jeff was amazing at assisting me and my storage needs. The unit was very clean and the site was safe and secure. Being a single mom I need flexibility and he was very patient to my needs. Not to mention every request was taken care of promptly!!! I will use this facility for my future storage needs and would highly recommend you do as well!

I have rented a storage unit at extra space storage in Stoughton on the Canton line. The staff - Heather and Amy are amazing, accommodating and knowlegeable!! Extra Space is quite lucky to have them. The facility is clean, dry and so easily accessible! My experience has far exceeded my expectation!

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN PROMOTIONS (free first month). Also sales person was misleading in his statements and promises. Their unit size is misrepresented in advertising. Actual unit size about one foot smaller than advertised.

This property is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever been to. The managers name (I think her name is Amy) was the most polite person Ive ever dealt with at a storage facility. If anybody needs a unit definitely come here.

Although everything in the greater Boston area is expensive, their prices are reasonable. Had a unit for almost two years with them. Safe, secure storage facility that was always kept clean and accessible.
