I was assisted by Mr. Amit Talwar last week...first impressions absolutely count. He was busy with a customer outside and didnt hesitate to let me know he would be with me as soon as he finished with his present customer. Mr. Talwar was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in addressing my storage needs in terms of space and proximity to the front gate. He offered me a much appreciated discounted rate and was great in expediting my paperwork in a timely fashion. I witnessed another customer being rude to him and he stayed calm and gracious. I was more upset than he was... my husband went back the next day, as we needed more storage, and found the same pleasant, accommodating person in Mr. Talwar. His customer service skills are excellent! I will use CubeSmart again, if needed, and definitely will recommend this location. It was clean, accessible and has a great staff. Sydne M., Brockton, MA

Ive been a customer at this storage facility for over five years and have experienced two managers as well as a corporate change. Currently, I rent two parking spaces and a storage unit. I would speak to the professional and accommodating demeanor of the current manager. Since taking over from the previous manager, I have found a marked improvement in all aspects of this storage facility. Immediate notice would be how clean the facility is now being kept. The managers professional and accommodating presentment both in person as well as by phone is to be praised especially when considering how indifferent so many company employees can be in the market place these days.

The manager Mr Talwar is extremely customer focused. This is my first time using a storage facility. He answered all of my questions in a prompt and very effective manner. Any uncertainties I had with storage facilities was clearly dismissed after speaking with Mr. Talwar. He was very instrumental at closing the deal. Excellent service, i highly recommend these guys. Nick was very professional and very clear about the particulars upon signing my lease. The units are just about spotless, good rates for sizes and the whole property overall looks great. Stop by with an idea of what you need for space and they will take care of you.

Typical storage facility. Overall its kept clean and easily accessible. The managers are pleasant and helpful. Its difficult to find a decent storage in our area so I have little choice in using this one...since Cubesmart took over weve had our rates hiked twice. Not a happy customer.

Its a good place to store your things ,easy to drive in right to your storage stall. They have all different kinds of sizes . A little pricey but you can drive in so its easy to unload. Its well patected. Fencing and cameras.

this place is a dump. there are illegals walking around everywhere probably living there. ive also heard about drugs being sold there. its nickname in brockton is "the store".
