I evaluated several storage facilities in preparation for a major relocation, and found this particular Uncle Bobs to offer the best location and extraordinary service. In particular, the manager Shah Jehan, made the experience genuinely pleasant. He was courteous, kind, and sincerely happy to help me. He took the time to understand what I needed to keep my books and other belongings safe, found the right space for me, and offered me a price that fit my budget - and the free truck and dolly was icing on the cake. It is clear that Mr. Jehan takes pride in his work and that the facility is carefully maintained and monitored under his management. I highly recommend this Uncle Bobs location.

The convenient location for us was the initial reason that we decided to check out Life Storage but the reason we rented here is Jehan! One of the nicest people weve met recently. His manner in answering all of our questions, assisting us in deciding what would be our best options and just simply offering help in whatever way he could made us feel that this was the storage facility that would be the best choice for us. With his 20+ years of experience at this business he exhibits true pride in serving his customers! Price for the unit we rented was competitive, the free one day use of their moving truck and the ease of access were all bonuses but Jehan was the winning factor!

This is my second rental at this facility, and have had two wonderful experiences. The manager, Shah Jehan, is very thoughtful and helpful when recommending appropriate storage spaces for your personal needs. He adds a personal, caring, professional touch to what can be a stressful situation, like moving! He is able to answer all questions and really goes out of his way to make this an easy and pleasant experience. The facility is immaculate and bright, nicely secured with key code access. Will definitely be recommending this facility to others!

I have had to use many many storage facilities over the past 40 years or so, and this Uncle Bobs (now Life Storage) in No. Andover stands head and shoulders above every other one Ive rented. The facility itself is awesome, but it is the truly exceptional manager there (Jehan) who makes every interaction such a pleasant experience. He has selected and trained his staff to provide the same service, so that it has almost become like a nice family visit when I need to go in to my unit. Thank you guys!

The Manager at this location makes the experience exceptional!! Very courteous and professional customer service. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The entrance ways are spacious and make it easy to access your storage unit. I am able to drive right up to my unit. There are free dollies in the bays for customer use. I lost my key and needed my lock removed and replaced and the Manager very graciously took care of it for me and even waived the fee. I highly recommend this location!

The facilities are neat and clean, service is very good, and the price was very reasonable. The initial signup was a little hectic, with 2 people asking me separate strings of questions at once and pushing their partners insurance (I already had mine). It was a little overwhelming, but I could tell the employees were just eager to help. Since then it has been a good experience, and Id recommend it.

Ive been at the Uncle Bobs in Andover going on almost two years now and the staff is always helpful and quick to deliver personal service. Shah is a fantastic manager and the building and units are always clean, the proper temp, and easily accessible with a large variety of hand carts. I am happy to recommend this facility for anyones storage needs.

This is by far the best storage facility to use! Shah, the Store Manager, is the biggest reason I continue to use this facility as he has always taken great care of my businesss needs and gone above and beyond to help. He just had the lot fully paved to accommodate our limo to stay at the facility. Highly Recommend!
