My husband and I used Extra Space Storage in Danvers to store our entire 1 bedroom apartment while we moved to California. It is easily the cleanest, most secure facility in the area and the prices are unbeatable. Tanya was very informative, friendly and even gave us our First Month half off! They have multiple hand trucks in the lobby that you can use free of charge (I know UHaul charges for those), and 3 loading docks that make it super easy to unload a moving truck. One thing to note; We only used the facility for 4 months, so our price stayed the same the entire time, but I have heard that long-term rentals slightly increase in price over time. Regardless, it was much more affordable than any other storage facilities so it would still save you money. Again, I cannot stress how secure and clean the location is - stop by and ask Tanya for a tour, and I know youll be impressed!

This facility is excellent in all regards. First, the location is easily accessible off of Route 1. This location is clean and well secured. I had large, heavy items to store. I spoke with Brian, one of the fine office professionals, and he took the time to understand my needs and offer me a unit that was perfect. There were times when I was hauling heavy boxes, and I was offered assistance. Upon securing a unit, (I now have two), I was guided through the facility and informed how to understand their lighting system and how to manage a large move. The staff makes this location desirable. They know me when I enter the building. There is a human connection that makes you feel that your decision to bring your valuables to this location is the right one. Dont look any further, this is the place!

I used this storage facility for over two years. All storage areas are indoors and well heated which helps keep your personal items safe. There are automatic lights in the hallways and inside the units that help illuminate your personal storage area. There are three loading docks that help multiple unit owners move at the same time. There are plenty of wheeled carts that help move your personal items with ease. The entire complex is monitored by security cameras that adds a level of protection to your unit. I did have three rent increases over the two plus years I was there, but I do believe that happens at most places. I will say that the money was worth the peace of mind at this place.

The ExtraSpace Storage facility in Danvers, MA is wonderful. I needed a storage unit for the first time and did a lot of research online before setting up three appointments to view facilities. I saw the ExtraSpace Storage facility in Danvers first and it was the best of the best. The other two competitor facilities didnt even come close to ExtraSpace in what they provide; secure, clean, climate controlled facility that has great rates and fabulous staff. Plus, they have the great option where you can pay your bill online or set up autopay. I love the convenience. I know my items are safe at ExtraSpace Storage in Danvers!

Top not facility and the hours of operation are tough to beat. However, upon vacating my storage unit, and providing the necessary notice to do so, I was still charged for the following month. I notified the staff and they said a refund would be processed within 3-5 days. 3 weeks later i still hadnt been refunded the $162. I notified the staff, whom then called the property manager, they notified me that they had already given me my money back, despite the fact that no such refund had taken place. This isnt the staff at the facilities fault, however management above them clearly has an issue keeping track of money.

The Danvers, MA location of ExtraSpace Storage is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen. Its safe and well-monitored by Bruce Hoffman and his staff. Bruce is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. He takes customer service to a "four star" level. (This is something sorely lacking in most businesses nowadays... good to see that somebody still "gets it" when it comes to taking care of customers.) The price is incredibly reasonable for a unit that is so clean and protected by multiple security systems. I feel like my property is safer there than here in my home.

Some of my most cherished belongings have lived at the Popes Lane location for about four years. The property is very clean and secure. The staff is friendly. Recently, I had a question regarding rent and Debra was able to resolve the issue with a kind and professional attitude. Most importantly, I feel confident that my property is safe, climate controlled, and in good hands with people like Debra in the front office. I have had a bin with extra space for a year now ! I fell into some hard times and they were amazing !! Tanya. ! Was a blessing she did everything she could for me and my things in my bin. Have had this storage unit for past few years. Very very well-maintained and great staff. Carts and large elevators plus cargo elevators make it so easy to bring items in and take things out. Like a hotel - you could feel safe sleeping in your unit! Good system of security!! Can enter any time during day or night. Temperature kept at normal room temperature. Cant get a better storage facility!!

Debra was awesome! I had to secure an extra space storage unit in Denver CO, and Debra was able to help me out. She went through the lease with me and explained the whole process. She went out of her way to make sure that I was set with the Denver location, even calling the other site to make sure things were taken care of. If I ever need storage in MA, I will definitely return to this facility!

Tonya was so helpful and easy to work with. I came over to secure a new storage unit and was in a time crunch. Tonya forfeited the rest of her lunch break to welcome me into the office and get me all set up. She even put my lock on the unit for me because she knew I was in a hurry. Needless to say I will always be using extra space storage for all my storage needs!
