About a year ago, I needed to rent a storage locker to house the majority of my belongings while I was in-between permanent homes. It was a very stressful time, but Uncle Bobs (now known as Life Storage) made it easy. The employ some truly wonderful individuals at their Weymouth location. Bob and Amanda have been taking really good care of me and my things over the past year. They both come to work with a warm smile and a positive attitude. All my questions are answered and Im always provided accurate information. A couple of weeks ago, I found a new permanent home and was able to move my stuff out. The process of closing my account was super easy and moving out was painless. Im so happy I chose this facility for my storage needs. Thank you again, Amanda & Bob! Wishing you all the best. Would highly recommend to anyone.

When I called the actual Weymouth location, (after booking from a customer service rep, in NY) I needed to straighten out an error on the reservation. The manager, Sara, who was filling in from Plymouth, was most helpful. She assured me the size unit I needed would be available, on the date needed, and she explained all the details, of the contract. It was a pleasure speaking to her, and she made me feel much more comfortable about the error that had been made, but now was corrected. Thank you for the help. LynnZ

The employees there are very good. I needed a few boxes for my move and the guy told me the boxes were made soecifically for storage and wouldnt break down. I was able to get the different sizes to store soecific items at a discounted price all in a bag for easy carryout. He even carried it out snd put in in my car for me... customer service like this is rare these days....

We recently moved from Weymouth to a town further south, and needed storage for a few months while we added storage space to our new residence. Life Storage was great, excellent customer service, were very careful with our items, and are very reasonably priced. I couldnt recommend enough!

My experience would have been fine, until I entered my 100% "Sealed" storage unit to find everything inside soaked. After talking to the manager.. NOTHING was done. Sad customer service.
