Obtaining a storage unit with extra space in Weymouth was very simple. I reserved a 5x10 online and got it the next day. Apparently, I forgot to choose the promotional offer for half off on the first month. But that was quickly rectified by the person behind the desk who took it into her own hands to still honor the promotional offer. I felt that was a kind gesture. I was able to move in that day and the process was very quick and simple. If I have any complaints, it would have been nice to know about the extra insurance charges on the web site. Perhaps I just wasnt observant enough to notice anything (after all, I neglected to select the promotional offer when I reserved the space online.) Overall, Im happy with the unit and the service.

My family was in a time crunch to rent a storage unit before a big blizzard was going to hit the area last week. I went to Extra Storage after reading many positive reviews. While waiting to be served I observed the Extra Space associate Matt handle a very cantankerous customer with grace. It was because of Matts professionalism that I signed up on the spot! The rental process was very easy and the storage units are clean and well lit. We started moving our items in that afternoon and before the snow hit as well. Both Matt and Tina followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Wonderful customer service!!

I have been utilizing the "extra space" at Extra Space Storage in Weymouth for a number of years now. It is clean, safe, and conveniently located. Tina and staff are always available, and quickly and efficiently respond to your needs. They really do go the extra mile for you. As most of us know, moving is a highly stressful time, and its nice to not worry about your belongings while in transition. I would highly recommend this location of Extra Space Storage. I have used both the climate controlled and non-climate controlled spaces, and my things always come out looking exactly the same as when they went in!

If you actually check on your things frequently, youll see that their definition of "climate controlled" implies it works 6/12 months per year. When not controlled, they will attempt to fix thermostats if you bring it to their attention 3 to 4 times. Also, constantly increasing prices. I currently pay 1.90x the price for a smaller cc unit, than I was when I 1st brought my things there a few years ago with the larger cc unit. Its my own fault though, maybe instead of complaining, I could use this time to make some calls and get outta there...hmm. Good idea, going to do that now.

Excellent storage facility. The people who work here are very friendly, and the facilities are very clean. You can practically eat off the floor here, and thats saying a lot for a storage place. Theres always good lighting thats triggered by motion sensors (although once in a while, you may have to walk halfway down a hallway before the light comes on, but this is minor). The security is very good. The parking lot always has plenty of spaces to park. Ive been renting here for over a year, and I cant think of anything bad to say about Extra Space. Highly recommended.

My experience with Extra Space was great. Tina was very easy to work with and made the process virtually effortless. I had never used a storage company before and needed some additional space for a short period of time, so I jumped online, did some quick research, and ended up at Extra Space. The location couldnt have been more convenient, the building was clean and bright, and I got a good deal with the first month free promo offer. Overall, the experience was everything I needed it to be and I have already recommended this location to friends.

We are in the process of moving out of our condo in Boston and needed some more storage. We were currently renting a 5 x 5 and had to upgrade to a 10 x 15. The staff was extremely helpful in finding the best way to do the transfer, etc. Found a unit right across from our exisiting one. The move was quick. The facility is very clean and easy to get to from the highway. The security is great and there have been no issues for the 8 plus months we have been there. I would recommend this facility to any of my family members or friends.

From the moment I was informed that my previous storage was sinking and all units must vacate asap so I was panicked! I had just moved around the corner from ESS and was happily greeted on the phone by Tina. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor calmed me down in a stressful situation. She did her best to find two similar units on the same hallway, making the move day much easier to direct. I was happy to refer a friend who is also pleased with the cleanliness, accessibility and staff.

We have stored our belongings at this facility for over a year. The smell in this place is disgusting and has gotten progressively worse and worse. We mentioned it to the manager about a month ago and she denied there was any odor. We subsequently moved out as fast as we could. All of our possessions stink and we are trying to air things out in the hopes that the smell will go away. As a result it is a terrible place to store your items and I would not reccommend it to anyone ever!

This is the best storage I would never go anywhere else. They have great prices and great customer service. I have only rented from the Weymouth location and the woman that works there has been nothing but nice to my husband and I. Everything is always so clean and they have a very good security system so I have no problems storing my valubles. I highly recommend coming here as I have been a customer of theirs since 2011.

The service is Excellent, they went above and beyond to help me I used "Pods" and was sooooo very unhappy nothing was done correctly and i was charged way to much. So I moved in to Extra Space Storage in Weymouth they are just what i needed. The price is great.So much better than Pods. I want to send a exlarge thank you to Tina she was the sunshine that came out after a realy nasty storm.

Ive moved several times over the last few years and have had my extra stuff in storage at a couple of different places and Extra Space Storage is by far the best. Not only are the people that work there super nice and helpful, but the place is clean and feels very safe. I never worry about going in by myself to pick up or drop off something. thank you, Tina, for being so understanding and going over and above getting me the space I needed and when you realized you had my wrong phone number you contacted me by calling every name in the white pages until you found me. The other space companies I called told me I had to call every day until a space opened up. Tina kept me up to date until a space opened up

My experience has been more than good, its probably one of the cleanest facilities Ive been in. They have hand sanitizer stations on every floor, push carts on the first floor for anything heavy you have to move around, I have never seen anything but a clean facility, and the management and employees are great always willing to help and always have a smile
