Originally it was great, but now it beginning to get on my nerves. I have a unit indoors and was paying 103$ A MONTH. They were purchased by another company, who claimed existing units rents would not go up, and that pricing hikes only exist for new customers. Well three months later all units went up. Now I pay 112$. Later they said you would have to obtain insurance or proof there of. If you wished to opt out, we were made to fill out a form stating that we wished to be exempt from insurance. Now I get a letter telling me that if I dont buy insurance from either them at another 20$ a month or from my own source, Im to get out of the unit post haste. Im currently looking for another unit somewhere else...

***PLEASE DONT USE THIS BUSINESS*** They gave SHADY a whole new meaning. They seem nice but beware your unit will be mysteriously missing things and then realize your stuff was rifled through. Im going to make sure I put this all over town so no one gets screwed over like I did. I never wish evil on anyone until now. The guy in the office is an IDIOT. They cant keep paperwork straight. Huge space between ceiling so anyone small could possible get over the top and enter your unit. DONT TRUST THEM!!! Different names of the same business. Seacoast Mini Storage- AKA Outaspace. This place is NASTY

The area around my unit gets water and ice but inside mostly is dry. A couple of times I showed up and it was really damp inside but overall it is good. Location is a little hard to find but once you know where it is, then it is convenient to Rt 95 and the shopping area.

Very nice people! Plenty clean enough, no frills. I cancelled my unit one day into a payment period and they refunded that month fully. Local owner/operator, great customer service, highly recommended!

Had a friend rent a storage unit on the second floor. You have to climb up stairs just to get to your unit. And mice and a cat got into her unit and destroyed quite a few things.

Standard Mini Storage. Excessive on the speed bumps. Does not make for a good ride going in and out especially if your storage bin is in the 8th row.
