I have been with Extra Space for over half a decade and always had amazing service and a pleasant experience. I dont even live close to this location anymore but I refuse to leave MY storage spot. All of my belongings have always been safe and the facility is more than accommodating with its cardboard dumpster, bathrooms, pushcarts and smiling faces. I even bring in my daughter to visit with Christina and Alicia because they took the time to build that kind of rapport with me doing small things like reminder calls and answering any questions. I highly recommend Extra Space, especially this location!

My name is Sally Chancholo I have used extra space storage at 999 Bedford Street Whitman, ma02382 for about ten years. the facilitiy is clean and safe, the staff has been wonderful always friendly, helpful and pleasent. they never hesitate to do whatever they can to help in a timely manner. I never have had to wait. As I have moved and no longer need a space I found that the staff and myself found ourselves sad realizing we would not be seeing each other frequently. People often complain about bad customer service but rarely compliment great customer service. I am here to compliment the great customer service my wife and I have received every time we walk into the office.Christinas attitude and demeanor make every visit a pleasant experience. We have been using Extra Space storage in Whitman, MA for over a year now. Christina has been great to work with from setting up the first unit a year ago to the 2nd unit just a couple of weeks ago. I am very happy with our decision to use this location for our storage needs.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the Extra space storage facility location on 999 Bedford St. In Whitman. We were greeted by Juan who was very professional and extremely helpful. He walked us through the process and made our experience very easy. Juan even checked to see if there were any special discounts available that we were unaware of and was able to save us a ton of cash. Im the process of relocating and Christina made this part of my relocation very easy. From the 1st phone call to when I went to look at the space, it has been a pleasant experience. I never knew storage units were kept so clean. I feel very good about leaving my belongings here with someone living here. I would have never known the benefits of putting my stuff in a climate controlled unit, if the staff wasnt so informative. I am truly happy with choosing Extra space in Whitman over some of the cheaper companies. Thank you extra space!!!

GREAT experience here! Juan was so kind, helpful and accommodating. My husband is going into the service and Juan helped us figure out the best option that would work for my husband and I. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for storage, they truly seem to care about the individual needs of the customers that come in. Was looking at a few storage units in the area today. Came in and spoke with the two staff members and they were both really friendly and great people. They were very helpful, but on top of that they also went out of the way to find me a couple of discounts that slashed my rental price in half! The storage unit was dry and clean. The property was very secure and I like the seven day access. I would definitely suggest it to anyone 100%!

A+ experience! Moving is stressful enough but coming to Extra Space in Whitman reduced the anxiety! Juan, Mike and the team went over the top with service! I had forgotten to lock our unit during the craziness and received a call from Juan after hours to alert me! They truly care about their tendants and I feel our items are absolutely secure! I would highly recommend them to anyone and the referral bonus is like no other!

This place is amazing i had the best customer service and very professional. The gentleman behind the counter by the name of juan was very helpful and actually saved my day and was very accomedating to my schedule. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs one. I researched all of the different storage facilities in the area and hands down ExtraSpace had the best rates for their units! Big units, ground level, and easy to drive up to! Not to mention the free UHual use! The service their on phone and in person staff provide is above and beyond, especially Michael at this Whitman location! He helped me set up my unit, and always has answers to my questions!

Great Facility, kept my bike stored here for about 4 months to keep it out of the elements. Very well maintained property with key code access and security cameras. Very Friendly and professional Staff. Easy in and out access, as this site is located right on Rt18. Overall positive experience would definitely do business here again should the need arise.

We will be referring many people to them. The two women are Christina and Miranda are the two best women ask for them and they will help with anything
